An absolute disgrace. Not one reply to any of my emails and no sign of dispatching my order. I have just cancelled my order. I’ll guess what’s going to happen. They’ll post the order anyway. Unless ofcourse they send nothing and just take my money. My advice. Keep well away from thats disgraceful business. Appalling customer service.
Update. Still absolutely no response from these clowns. It’s a disgrace to the Maserati brand. And their website is questionably. Multiple entries of the same product. Clearly never monitored or amended. And I would not be surprised not in stock either.

I purchased a Maserati Competizione watch for over $200 on LOT Polish Airlines Flight LO015 (June 12, 2025, Warsaw to Newark) as a Father’s Day gift for my fiancé. Unfortunately, the watch never worked — we couldn't set the time, and even after taking it to a certified watch specialist, it was confirmed that the battery was fine but the watch itself was defective.

Since this item was sold during a LOT flight, I contacted LOT’s SHOP&MORE team for help. Their response was to ask if I could deliver the product to Poland personally, which is completely unrealistic since I live in the United States and have no plans to return. After further back-and-forth, they said they would contact the supplier and promised to get back to me. That was over 20 days ago. I received nothing since.

I then contacted the Maserati customer service team directly via email with a detailed explanation and a copy of my receipt. I never received a single response. For a company that claims to be a luxury brand, this complete disregard for the customer is unacceptable.

To make things worse, the service center listed in the Maserati global warranty documents (Universal Watch Repair in the U.S.) confirmed to me via email that they no longer work with Maserati and that Maserati has not supported their warranty program in years.

So now I’m left with an expensive, broken watch, a ruined gift, and no way to repair, return, or replace it. Neither LOT Polish Airlines nor Maserati has provided any meaningful solution, and both have shown zero responsibility for the product they sold and branded.

This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I’ve wasted time, money, and energy trying to get a basic level of service — and instead received silence, deflection, and a clear lack of care. I will never purchase from either of these companies again, and I strongly warn others to do their research before trusting a "luxury" brand like Maserati or making onboard purchases with LOT.

"Una stella" indica comunque che una sorta di "luce" ci sia, invece NO!. Ordine errato, taglie che non rispettano assolutamente la conformazione fisica dell' Homo sapiens. Detto questo, effettuato il reso il 20 ottobre 2024 e rispedita la merce, a mie spese, non ho ancora ricevuto ne l'accredito ne risposte in merito. Solo mail automatiche per la procrastinazione del problema.

In data 22 dicembre 2022 ho acquistato presso il sito del rivenditore autorizzato un bracciale uomo a marchio maserati che a distanza di meno di 3 mesi si e' rotto ( pur non essendo mai caduto ) e, pur in possesso dello scontrino, non mi e' stato sostituito nel punto vendita che sostiene che la rottura e' dovuta ad una caduta accidentale..ho scritto al sito maserati store ma a tutt'oggi non ho ricevuto risposta....mai piu' accessori a marchio Maserati ( e mai piu' acqusti dal rivenditore autorizzato Bluespirit)......70 euro per un bracciale durato 3 mesi mi sembra davvero troppo....Vergognoso..

Esperienza clamorosamente pessima soprattutto perché si parla di Maserati!!! Fatto un ordine di una giacca Maserati e di un orologio serie Aqua prima del 25 novembre. Subito dopo l’acquisto mi comunicano che l’orologio non è disponibile per un loro problema di aggiornamento delle scorte sul loro sito. E va bene… ma della giacca (ovviamente già pagata)… nessuna traccia nonostante più mail al customer care e su Facebook. La cosa deludente è che non mi hanno neanche risposto!!!! Ok. Sono stato proprietario contemporaneamente di due Maserati (ora una) ma se il customer care funziona così credo proprio che quando cambierò auto mi rivolgerò ad altre case che hanno più cura dei clienti anche per acquisti di minor importo!
