I ordered two cut glass whisky glasses and had a special emblem printed on them. It was an excellent representation of that emblem. Given that I ordered just a few weeks before Christmas, I was delighted that delivery happened after a couple of weeks. A good product and well-presented. Thank you.

I ordered a Personalised flask and cups gift set. When it arrived it was in a beautiful presentation box. The engraving was excellent. From the time I placed the order to the day I received it I had excellent customer service. When I contacted the company via email they responded straight away updating me on the progress of my order. I will definitely recommend them.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE COWBOYS!!!
Gift still hasn't arrived in over 5 weeks despite being told it has been sent out twice now.
Everytime i chase them i get a reply advised i need to chase the royal mail!!!
I highly doubt this item has ever even left their premises.

Started off not so great with the confusion of the delivery times/process as I had misunderstood and it arrived late for my anniversary but having said that...I was so so happy with my purchase and it was a wonderful gift, and even better than I ever expected. So overall, yes it was wonderful and I would order again but in plenty of time.

However the site should be clearer on how long it actually takes to engrave the product.

Apart from that, I am happy.

5 attempts of online chat. None successful. Case with bank actioned.
Item arrived 25 working days later.
36 Calendar days to be more precise.
Result!

What on earth were they doing?????
I say crystal - I have been told by someone it is actually Glass!!
Avoid - go some where more reputable / reliable.

So I made an order on 25th may for an engraved crystal Stiletto shoe for my aunts 80th birthday
I waited and waited, contacted them numerous times, was told it was sent on 29th may, the order finally arrived after her birthday 3 weeks after I ordered it,

Now my aunt loved her present it was absolutely stunning and it was wrapped carefully, fragile stickers all over it so I was very glad it hadn't gotten damaged in transit
My only disappointment was not being able to give her the present on her birthday when all my family were giving her their gifts, I had to say it wasn't here yet

I would use the company again as I loved the Shoe, however I recommend if people make an order do it at least a month in advance to avoid any disappointment time wise

Ordered an engraved baby frame for a 1st Birthday gift over 3 weeks ago and still do not have it, but they took my money immediately. Awful service and will not use them again. I would like a refund ASAP.

I placed an order on 21st of May for my Dad's 70th Birthday on 3rd of June. Based on the times promised on their website this should have been plenty of time. After a week I had not heard anything, no email to say it was dispatched no tracking number etc. Things which are considered normal for online purchases.
They replied promptly saying that the item was dispatched the day before (not sure why it took them a week to dispatch). This was 6 Calendar days before my fathers birthday, still plenty of time I thought. It is now 2 days after his birthday and still no package. I have not had a reply to my most recent email, they are not answering the phone and their voicemail is full. I have requested tracking info multiple times and they seem reluctant to provide.
Now having looked through the reviews here it seems that delivery is not their strong point as I am sure Royal Mail are not having as many issues as these reviews would suggest.
Please provide a resolution ASAP and provide tracking number for already shipped item, to prove it was shipped as stated. If indeed it is a Royal Mail issue please follow up with them and investigate further than just checking the tracking website.

Poor communication, Month late delivery and not what I ordered! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Purchased what I thought was a great item with a lovely design. Turns out the item is not what is shown in their picture at all. Their supplier doesnt provide the handle shown as its 'uncomfortable'. This should be my choice if I want to change it not theirs. I purchased this item exclusively because of the design including the handle. After an insulting first offer of 'refunding the postage' they came back that I could return it for a 20% refund as 'the tankard has been personalised with no faults to the item'.
After reminding them of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 they have mis-described the product and until the time of this review continue to do so they offered a full refund. Stupidly I cannot return it now as the dog chewed the box but I would gladly shove it back at them as you can buy these cheaper elsewhere!

Not to mention I never had any email to say it was disptached and it was delivered a month later!

Don't waste your money here shop around.

These guys are great 👍. Just stay away from a company called ENGRAVED GIFTSLY.

I ordered an engraved watch from here on 11th Feb. The delivery time was noted as 3-5 working days through Royal Mail. Having not heard anything ( no subsequent email sent out to confirm dispatch ) I then read reviews here and my heart sank. The gift was for a relative's 21st birthday on the 23rd.

So I emailed on the 18th Feb, noting my concerns, and in fairness I did receive a reply about an hour later, saying that my order had been dispatched that day and would be with me soon. I accepted this, though of course part of me was thinking 'this should have already have been in the post!' and I was left waiting. On Friday 22nd it arrived and it looked really nice. So all was well eventually.

So, they are not a con, they do provide the products and when contacted they replied promptly with re-assurance, although I would say if your order is time sensitive, it would be worthwhile sending a follow up email a day or two later to ensure prompt delivery.

As feedback to the company I would suggest they invest in an admin process where they send automated emails once it's dispatched / but also ensure they make promises they can definitely keep. However, many thanks for the watch itself. my relative is very happy!

Worst company I’ve ever bought from. Ordered a photo frame on 30/01/2020 and still not received it and won’t receive it in time to take it abroad with me for a wedding. Company is using what seems to be their default excuse of blaming Royal Mail for losing it, accepting no responsibility themselves. Reading other reviews, many other people seem to have the same problem with this company blaming Royal Mail which makes me think, how can Royal Mail get it wrong so many times for the same company? Just an excuse if you ask me.

I won’t be buying from them again but just a tip if you are going to - make sure you place your order at least a month before you need it because this company seem to be incapable of getting orders out to customers in the expected time frame. Waste of money!

Can someone advise when The Engraved Gifts Company will be back to normal business hours after Christmas? I placed an order on the 9th of December that was due to be delivered between 22nd and 24th of December. No order arrived, my FB messenger message has not been replied to, my e-mail has not been replied to and my phone calls aren’t being answered.

I didn’t receive an e-mail to inform me that my order wouldn’t arrive on time and as this order was a Christmas present, I am extremely frustrated to be chasing this up.

Can someone get back to me please?

Awful service.
I ordered an engraved frame 3 weeks ago for my grandmother's birthday, the delivery was due to take 3/4 days and it did not arrive in time. I contacted customer service and they said it must have been lost in the post. I asked for a refund of delivery charge which I am still waiting for 3 weeks later. They apparently dispatched the item again 5 days ago and again I have not received it.
They do not provide any updates, I constantly have to chase for something that I paid for and it's nearly been a month.

Do not recommend.
