Ordered my husband a engraved gift for his 50th birthday.
Money taken straight away, 20 days later, still no item!
Several emails sent unfortunately no response.
Managed to speak to Faye one day on the online chat. Items promised to be with me in a couple of days, it still hasn't arrived!
Poor service or should I say no service!!

Absolutely gutted, I think I have fallen for a scam site. Ordered on 17/12/21 which was by the advertised Chrismas delivery and at 16.50pm 24/12/2021 there is no sign of my husbands Christmas gift. The order status still simply shows as 'received' and attempts to contact through 'live chat' (not live at all simply an email form) have been ignored. I refuse to believe a legitimate company would treat its customers in this manner at Christmas of all times. Needless to say there will be no gift under the tree for my husband tomorrow thanks to Engraved Gifts Company.
05/01/21 Update - so far no reply to my emails no sign of order turning up. Have requested a full refund and the reply from this company to this review is not even my details. Who ever poor Mr Lister is that is not me. This company is a complete sham.

Ordered on the 28 November, tried everything possible, left messages at the not working live chat, emailed every day, can not find a phone number either. No response to anything. Absolutely no customer service. Will never use again. stay well clear of this company.

Terrible service phone number on there webpage doesn’t work emailed and private messaged on social media and no response what so ever shocking customer service. Have no idea if my order is coming or not, paid extra for 1/2 days delivery. Guessing after reading reviews I’ll either never see the item or my money back😡😡😡

I was delighted with the engraved wine glasses I ordered. It was quite a complicated request and Faye was so helpful and kind in our email exchanges. I received the glasses in good time and they exceeded all expectations. Thank you!

I am very disappointed with The Engraved Gifts Company. I ordered and paid for an engraved photo frame on 11th November. The product has not been received. I have left multiple messages in the'Ask us a question' and 'Chat with us online' services, all of which promise a reply within 24 hours with no response at all. The email address provided by the company in response to an earlier complaint does not work. This is appalling customer service and I strongly advise people not to use this company

The engraved clock I ordered for my grandson's 21st birthday has turned out to be absolutely marvellous. I am more than delighted with it together with its presentation in a lovely box.

No one is responding to the email they say to email. My sisters 30th birthday /engagement gift hasn’t arrived.

The phone lines don’t work and nor does the ‘live chat’ and no one responding to my emails: I ordered a 1-2 day delivery and even tried to pay extra for faster delivery but no response.

They said my item was dispatched but nothing has been received. Please can someone let me know and respond to my emails. If not I will be taking legal action sand reporting to police because it’s theft.

Ordered a silver wedding anniversary gift for friends on 30th June. I have still not received and have missed their anniversary date of 14th July.
I have sent email after email, 3 today and no response.
They state they use Royal Mail 48 for delivery but when it didn't arrive they tell me it can't be tracked. According to Royal Mail website it can be? I don't even think my order has been engraved and despatched!
They've taken my money and I have no product.
I wish i'd read these reviews before I ordered, I would have steered clear from this sham of a company. They're based in Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire supposedly but no telephone number???????
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a keychain I was not completely satisfied with and they sent me a new one without any issues and handled it very well.

Please do not buy from this firm.
The item is nothing like the pictures, they have sent me an explanation that this is because they are waiting for supplies so had to make substitutions...

They did not tell me this in advance and what we have received is nowhere near what is in the pictures and description.

At first I thought it was a mistake but through further dealings I am realising they are actually dishonest.

Please be warned.

Gift was chosen as a package. Order was accepted online for the birth date given. Received an email, after paying and placing the order, to say paper not available for the birth date!!
Was offered the choice of birthday book and whiskey as 2 separate packages. As far too much time had already been wasted and my brothers birthday was getting extremely close, I felt I had no option but to go for the gifts offered as an alternative.
The items were sent out separately and were too late for my brothers birthday!!!
Correspondence from the company was poor and they clearly had no sense of the urgency needed towards the date the gifts were needed!
Overall, poor communication, poor customer service. Items were expensive for what was received. Won't be using again.

Absolutely appalling service. This company made an engraving mistake on a gift I ordered for a significant age birthday. It took 6 days to arrive and needed redoing. This was their error, not mine. They promised to put it right and make it a priority. This was 6 days ago. The birthday is tomorrow and I only have a faulty gift! I have had an email exchange with a staff member (no names ever given) who told me that I need to understand that they are busy with Mother's Day orders. The item that I bought and paid for has still not been done.
Before purchase be aware that 'Live Chat' is constantly closed and there is no phone number where you can actually call to get help. Emails go ignored and basically if you need them to put a wrong right, they don't care.
After sales customer care is non existent.
**EDIT**
I received the corrected replacement after 7 days.... this was incorrect too. The first attempt got 1 initial incorrect, the second attempt got 2 initials incorrect. Appalling service and they couldn't care less!

I ordered an engraved photo frame and wine glass. Really happy with my products they gook amazing. Service experienced was good.

I'm pleased with the order, it looks good. I was worried a bit how it would look like. I ordered engraved cufflinks, thought that engraving would stand out more, but otherwise I'm okay with it.
The box for cufflinks is very good - black, simple, looks decent, good quality. I didn't chose any extra options for packaging. And I'm happy that this didn't take long.

There are few suggestions company should overlook regarding customer services:

- It would be nice if you would send confirmation emails when the order is placed.

-It would be nice if you would send any updates via email about order - in process/shipped out. At least this would give some clarity how long it will take to actually receive the order.

- I had 3 attempts to contact you about my order, I left 2 messages at live chat (it was "closed" even during specific working hours, but there was an option to send a message) and no one got back to me - you need to improve communication in these situations!
This situation actually made me annoyed and gave me bad an impression at the start, so that's why there are just 4 stars.

At least I got my answer back via email (I was using this option as well).

Absolutely awful experience! I ordered some champagne glasses with plenty of time for them to arrive before I needed them. I even paid a little more for the first class option to ensure delivery was on time. When they did not arrive (and I'd allowed quite a few days leeway by this point) I contacted the team to be told that it's Royal Mails fault and there's nothing they can do. When they finally did arrive, one was completely shattered so I sent email, after email, after email asking them to organise a return and refund! This string of oneway emails started on the 22nd Dec and I have still not heard anything back! I expect a reply asap please!
