I recently purchased a Cube Reaction pro 800 plus accessories
I recently purchased a Cube Reaction Pro 800 along with a helmet, lights, and gloves from the online store through "cycle to work scheme". The order took around 3–4 weeks to arrive, which was a little longer than I expected but somewhat ok, Everything arrived in good condition.
The bike itself has been excellent. The Cube Reaction Pro 800 is well built, rides great, and all components worked perfectly straight out of the box. Assembly out of the box was straightforward, and I've had no issues with performance so far.
The helmet, lights, and gloves were also good quality and exactly as described. Overall, I'm very happy with the products and the bike has been a pleasure to ride.
The delivery time could have been a bit quicker, but the quality of everything received made it worth the wait. I'd happily recommend both the bike and the accessories.

Old lady buying an electric bike…
Not from Solihull but visiting my daughter. They were marvellous with their advice. I said I would try locally in Norfolk and they were okay with that. However, Norfolk failed me, they were over £200 more expensive, so my daughter contacted Solihull branch and they agreed to send me one! Brilliant service! And one of the staffs Mum live 5 miles flown the road from me!

Great Staff and eBikes
We recently purchased two Estarli eCargo L20s from Electric Bike Shop and couldn't be happier — largely thanks to Tiren, who made the whole experience exceptional.
When one of the bikes was out of stock, Tiren went the extra mile to advocate on our behalf and ensure we received the latest updated version, so that both bikes matched rather than leaving us with two different models of the same bike. The wait was a little longer as a result, but the team made sure we were looked after by throwing in some additional accessories — a lovely touch that didn't go unnoticed.
Beyond the sale, Tiren actively provides feedback to manufacturers to help improve the bikes for future customers — which tells you everything about his commitment to the product and the people buying it.
If you're thinking about getting an e-bike, ask for Tiren. You'll be in very good hands.

Honestly a great experience at the Bristol Bike Shop
In this tribute, I would like to especially mention Richard, who was very kind and patient with me throughout the purchase process and afterwards. He also answered all my silly questions. I don't like to take up other people's time, but when I had a problem, Tiren was always willing to help me, often for free. You can also discuss all aspects of cycling with him, because this is his life too. I don't know the others that well, but the Bristol team is definitely a very nice bunch!

Fantastic service
Ordered a bike on Saturday 23rd May, received it Thursday 28th May. That’s a 3 business day delivery and the bike was marked as “available” on the website when I purchased it.
I had a question about an accessory for the bike and called customer support before clicking buy and the guy on the other end of the phone advised me accurately.
One day prior to delivery, I was contacted by support to tell me that I hadn’t ordered a part for my bike which is required for an optional accessory I ordered. They easily added it to my order providing a payment link.
Bike arrived in perfect condition, with copious amounts of protection on the frame.
10/10 I can’t find a single fault with this company. Bike is awesome, customer experience is awesome. Fully recommend

Fantastic experience
I had an extremely positive experience as a customer at the Electric Bike Shop in Bristol. I had not cycled regularly for 25 years so was a little apprehensive and unsure of what I actually required. Special mention to Gabriel who went through all the options available, helped me to choose a bike, assisted with sizing and picking accessories. There was absolutely no hard sell, just friendly advice and guidance from somebody knowledgeable and passionate about bikes and cycling. Thank you also to Richard for the excellent after-sales care. These two employees are a credit to the company. Would recommend this store if you are based in the south-west and want to purchase an electric bike.
