Hi Oskar thank you for your review. The items that were in stock were shipped on the 14th July and deliverd on the 16th. We have already refunded the full order last Friday. Refunds can take 4-5 working days but should show in your account very soon.

Very expensive
Very expensive, glass was not in stock, was told they would send the rest of the order and refund me for the glass however never recieved any refund, would buy from kix or e-cigarettes world next, both much cheaper for the same stock.

I've reviewed your order and can see it was completed on 14 July. We proceed your refund for on the same day but refunds can take 4/5 working days to appear in your account. Our prices are in line with other high street retailers and we clearly display our prices so you know exactly what you paying before you check out. We also offer free shipping on orders over 30€

I can't really leave a good review…
I can't really leave a good review since i still haven't got my package. Ordered last Tuesday evening and still haven't got my order yet, now Monday the following week.

Overpriced compared to high street stores
Not the best website in terms of usability. Looking through the liquids feels disorganised.
Items are over priced. Online shops should save you money, not be more expensive than the high street stores.
Quality of the house e liquids is poor to average and should be 3 for 10 euro not 12 euro.
There are better online ecig stores out there.

Hi Joe sorry you were not happy with your purchase. Our prices are in line with other retailers. Your liquids worked out at 4.17 per bottle under our 3 for 12.50. I don't know of many vape store that sell 3 for 10€. As regards to our own brand eliquids we have sold this range for over 8 years and very rarely get a complaint.

Avoid this Store…
I ordered a replacement pod online for collection in the northside shopping centre store. When I arrived to collect it on the Saturday I was informed they had none and no order was put in as Hale Vape was taking over the store on the Monday. I was told to cone back in on the Tuesday and they would have one for me. I wasted my time travelling back to the store on the Tuesday to be told again sorry we dont have one of these in stock. The assistant took my name, address and email down and told me she would have the product I had paid for posted to my hone address. This was 2 weeks ago now and I have received nothing and have not got what I have paid for.

Hi Glen I'm very sorry for the mess we made of this. Unfortunately the store has has become a Hale store and the rebrand took place over the weekend that you orderd your click n collect. We have now removed the store from click n collect so this does not happen again. I have also refunded your order

I have ordered and ecigarette, with liquid, got the ecig in the wrong color, and the liquid was the incorrect nicotine amount. Other than that, the parcel arrived on time.
