My order came and it was damaged Resulting in only 3 oils instead of 8 tried to contact you have not yet replied or resolved the problem
Items missing or late
This is the third time I’ve had to email the company to either chase items due on 24 hr postage or items missing!

Easy to use and great prices
No consistency
There are two of your retail stores where I live. One charges for nic shots when you buy shortfills, the other doesn't.
Not only that, you get charged £1 per nic shot bottle at the bigger store. This adds up, particularly when purchasing mulitple shortfills.
Every single other vape shop in the town gives complementary nic shots with their shortfills.
I was told today by a member of your staff that nic shots are chargeable and that the other store should be charging for them.
So, which is it? Are they complementary, or are you trying to squeeze every single bit of profit from us while walking totally out-of-step with your competitors AND your customers?
I've supported your stores for a long time (over a decade), but will no longer do so if you insist on continuing to charge for Nic shots - especially when a customer makes a large purchase of shortfills, as I did today.
Please sort this out. And if you carry on charging for them, expect loyal customers like me to walk away
Don't use the 10% offer
Very disappointed with this company. I bought some vapes from them and all was fine. They sent me a voucher for 10% off my next order. How nice, I thought. Next order time came and I used my voucher. I knew orders over £30 got free P&P so I made sure that my order was over £30. When it was time to pay, I used my voucher only to find that, because I had got 10% off, I had to pay P&P. I was utterly disgusted with this and complained to the company saying that I thought that this was unfair.
They did not reply. I am sorry to write such a bad review but I feel as though I had no choice as I wanted to make others aware of this
Ordered a vape pod kit on the 31st…
Ordered a vape pod kit on the 31st december, had no confirmation email and my order still hasn't arrived! Tried emailing twice with no response and there is no contact number! The money was took out my bank!

I love the products
I love the products, I usually shop in store but at this time I am unable to so I ordered online, the website is easy to navigate, the prices and products are amazing
Appalling customer support
Previous orders have been completed pretty smoothly however I placed an order November 10th my money was taken but no sign of order. I have sent 3 e mails and 2 messages on the online chat option and no response to any of them.
Update. The items that were in stock did eventually turn about 10 days after the order was placed and I received a refund for the items that didn't arrive. Wish there was a phone number in the contacts as I would use them again as they stock my favourite brand.
ORDER INCOMPLETE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
Placed an order for two flavours, only one arrived.
I contacted customer support via email with a photo of the package with only one flavour.
I’m extremely disappointed, I’ve not had a reply to my email which was over a week ago. This is really poor customer service.
I have even been in one of your shops, but they were unwilling to help.
Total disappointment, look else where if buying online.
