Would give it no stars if possible.

Vapes in stock with faulty coils, this same coil is also not stocked in the store. Faulty coil damaged my vape and the store refused to exchange it.

False advertising as products are incorrectly labelled to be cheaper than they are.

Extremely rude useless staff especially one particular young woman who talks to people as if they are children or completely stupid. Cannot handle being called out on products being incorrectly price labelled so wrongly accused you of 'berating' her. Looks at everyone as if they are completely stupid - would want to take a good long look at herself. Can tell by the scowl on her face and the tone of her voice that she HATES working at the Ecig store. On top of it she carried on like this in front of the so called manager of the shop who is as bad as she saw nothing wrong with how her member of staff carried on.
Took my business elsewhere and was told in that vape shop that they get a lot of people coming to them after having a bad experience at the Ecig store in Athlone.
AVOID plenty of other vape stores in Athlone that know how to operate properly.

Products incorrectly price labelled - false advertising.

Extremely rude ignorant patronising young woman working there who couldn't make it more obvious she hates her job from the tone of her voice if she tried. Accuses you of berating her when asking her why products are labelled with the incorrect price.

Also it is insanely STUPID to sell a vape kit but to not stock the exact coil that comes with the kit.

Never again.

Badly ran ignorant shop - Athlone Store

I received an email that the vape pen I ordered and paid for is apparently out of stock. When I asked for a refund for it, I never received a response or a refund back. Don't order from them, you'll end up losing your money.

I ordered from store few times and definitely each time I had great experience.
Some very good offer, large choice and very fast delivery .
Definitely 5* store and service.

Wanted to say thanks to Josh at Davenport, so friendly and Knowledgeable, real credit to the company, will definitely be going back!

Beware sold me faulty product and made pay again to resolve the problem and all the years I've been doing business in their shops around Galway and this is the way they treat me but yet the staff member that said no to replacing my top turned around and gave the lady he was serving a free cig top and charged me for a faulty one they sold me

Obviously I should have read the reviews before dealing with this company. I placed an order for eliquids worth €74. I received a call the next day to say that they did not have the liquids in stock but were expecting a delivery after the bank holiday weekend. Since then I have heard nothing from them despite having messaged and emailed an enquiry. Seems as though they have decided to just keep my money and ignore me. Fraudulent company. Beware.

I ordered various flavoured disposable vapes which were on offer or on promotion. The next day 14th March) I received several communications to advise that most of my selected items were no longer in stock.
As a result, I cancelled my order and requested a refund for the total sum debited from my bank account.
I WAS ADVISED BY email on 14th March THAT a REFUND had been Processed.
SEVERAL PHONE CALLS and EMAILS On I AM STILL WAITING FOR MONEY DUE TO ME TO BE CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT.
TODAY, I WAS TOLD THAT " ONCE THE BUTTON IS PRESSED THERE IS NOTHING ELSE THEY CAN DO"
IT WOULD APPEAR FROM THE ATTITUDE OF THIS BUSINESS THAT It's OK FOR ME TO BE OUT OF POCKET!
I WILL NOT BE TRANSACTING ANY FUTURE BUSINESS WITH ECig Store.

I bought an e cig battery from e cig store in February this year, after 4 weeks it went faulty, I rang them, posted it back and they sent me a new replacement within 7 days, no quibble, no fuss. A1+++

Watch the prices here .. nothing in the store is priced from what I could see yet ended up paying €65 for a battery pack that’s available in other Irish stores for €39.95. (El iStick t80) when I complained to the owner he stated buyer beware and he can charge whatever he likes. Very poor, beware.. Brian O’Hehir.

Terrible customer service (don’t buy off these lads absolute scammers)

Bought two vapes online one of them was not working, tried speaking to customer service and this was the pleasant response i got

I only use this store for all my vaping needs great prices and fast delivery.

I did not get my orders. I text to the shop they write if i still dont get they contact with curier. But nothing happened. I lost my money and they not answer for my emails.

Love this store they are so easy to deal with they got my order wrong and have fixed it for me straight away. I am always pleased with their products I really like ecig brand juices 😊

Wrong product sent. Returned it at my own cost and no extras sent as promised.
