This company is totally biased against awarding proper recompense to landlords because one of the directors is also a director of the Zero Deposit scheme, (Global Property Ventures Limited)! It is in TDS interests to avoid paying out deposits as there is a conflict of interest. Landlords do not use this company as you will not receive a fair award when your property is trashed. I was awarded £500 - tens of thousands out of pocket. A review on Google stated this would be the next scandal and he is probably correct.

Coming new to this service as a landlord being left to sort out a deposit by my Letting Agent, I found the service was excellent and in particular, Amanda on the Customer Service desk was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in assisting with what needed to be done, going above and beyond what might these days be expected.

I have just spoken to James, he is a claims handler and has given me kind and patient attention and a thorough breakdown of your proceeders which is so rare these days. This is a complicated and stressful time for everyone involved and I’m so grateful of his communication skills and knowledge. I can rest that whatever happens, it will be carried out fairly.

Worst company i know. Somehow the have a contract from the government then the set up a dormant company, then they set up a Charity which the board members sit on. Then they get another contract from the government. Very questionable
