Ordered many weeks ago and was told 2 day dispatch. Many days went by and then weeks. They even tried to tell me it was dispatched and the old classic "lost in transit and wasn't recorded" excuse. Had to chase refund multiple times. No wonder they haven't got a company set up on Google or allow reviews on Facebook. Don't trust this company

Ordered back on 29th May and whilst one set eventually arrived the second set was not sent,
Contacted them and they said it was an oversight and would be sent out ASAP well it’s now july 20th and after lots of promises that I would get them I’ve still no decals just messages saying I’ll receive them
I’m going to call dojo there payment provider that they sent me the link to pay and let them know and also contact my bank

Please think twice about sending this company any money Unless you want to be ripped off

Ordered on 30/4 and had to chase them up on 19/5 as no delivery. The company told me the courier had lost the parcel and they would sort it.
Parcel arrived on 23/5 but was badly packaged and damaged. Contacted them to tell them and they replied with a promise to send a new parcel immediately.
Nothing arrived again so sent emails to ask for tracking or any updates but no response at all.
Finally sent an email to tell them I had no choice but to ask my card issuer to refund the amount paid.
They finally reply with a plea for me not to do this as it would harm their business so I once again waited for the promised replacement. And guess what?? Nothing again.
Numerous emails and no response at all. No refund offered, no parcel. No email to reply to my concerns.
Avoid this company at all costs.
Do not order as you may as well burn your cash.
Terrible service.

If I could give a zero I would.
This company is a scam, numerous emails sent chasing up but I got a different excuse everything to the point I was sarcastic and emailed asking for 'today's excuse' they then had the nerve to complain about me being rude even though they steal people's money.
Over a month later I finally get a royal mail tracking number which hasn't updated in over a week so I imagine this is a lie and false details.
If anyone orders from them the only way you will get money back it to challenge the payment with your bank. Please avoid them

Ordered items from Decal Stand with International postage to Australia from the UK.
After 5 weeks eventually provided a tracking number, that on discussion multiple times parcel company never actually received. Vendor blaming the couriers, couriers stating they never received it.
After 2 months no sign of the parcel and vendor has now ceased replying to my emails.
Vendor stated on several occasions that they would investigate with the courier and have an answer by the end of the day. All sorts of excuses including stating they had sent twice but never actually providing any proof.
30 plus emails later have given up and accepted I have lost my money. Have initiated a claim with my credit card company but dont hold any hope. Not having Paypal as a payment method should have been the first warning sign. But as I order from the UK regularly and never had an issue thought was ok.
Seems remarkably like another review recently posted here. Almost identical responses.
Pretty much guaranteed I have done my money.
Decals were for a Land Rover Discovery 4.
Looks like this company have done the same to international customers several times.
Did initially check for reviews and found ok reviews.
Have now had enough, onus is on the vendor to sort out not the customer. I have spend a ridiculous amount of time trying to sort this and given the vendor every opportunity to remedy.

BEWARE!!
Ordered sticker for discovery 2nd May. Ad used 7-10 day delivery.
23rd May advised despatch 2nd Class Tracked
No tracking details given despite numerous requests.
Emails ignored.
A week later requested an update
No response.
A week later sent a message on messenger.
Was told it would be sent again that day which was a Friday and tracking information would be sent.
Monday I'd heard nothing contacted them again to be told it wasn't collected on Friday because it was a Friday! But it would be dispatched on Monday again I asked for the tracking number no details provided.
Tuesday requested tracking details - none provided
Wednesday requested tracking details - none provided.
Was advised they would contact me first thing in the morning.
Thursday - heard nothing despite their website saying they opened at 9:00 a.m.
I contacted them 3:00 p.m. to be told they'd been waiting all day for royal mail to get back to them.
I asked for tracking number again this wasn't given.
I then said some royal mail have lost both parcels, they said they'd never sent it twice!
I referred them to their previous message copied it to them they then claimed their mistake but they had sent it twice.
Steel no tracking information I've requested a refund which got ignored several times then I was told I would get a refund. Then promptly blocked me from messenger so I cannot message them anymore!!!
I won't hold my breath.
According to various Discovery Facebook groups previously went by another company name which has been banned from all groups as has the decal stand
Previous reviews of other company on trust pilot are all one star saying what scammer
You live and learn
I just don't want anyone else to give this scammer any money.
How people like this live with themselves I'll never know
