Awful company. Lied about lead times continuously. Refused a refund. Threatening behaviour on the phone. Had to chargeback through bank to get my refund. Avoid this cowboy outfit

Having read the reviews only after I had placed an order and paid, I was slightly concerned. Whilst a bit slow to move the order from paid to processing and then forward from there , I did receive my order within the 14 day lead time as promised and as he was assuring me by email. Included a Royal Mail tracking reference I’m happy with the item,(hoodie) for the price . Advice would be to improve processing times and reduce lead times as other companies czn & will turn around orders far quicker, , but I accept that I think this is a one man band business who works around doing shows as well but I did receive the item as promised within the timescale his website quoted and he was responsive to my emails. He assured me that things are improved since other reviews and i trust that to be the case

Entreprise a fuir ! Ça ne réponds pas aux mails ! C'est honteux si je n'ai pas ma commande franchement mon assistance juridique va se charger de ses personnes j'espère qu'ils vont me trouver une solution de remboursement ou d'envoi rapide car depuis le 2 septembre rien du tout

DO NOT BUY OF THIS COMPANY- I don’t trust the people who run this company to run a hot bath let alone run a business pure scammers will take your money and make you wait months for your order I ordered landrover gel overlays on the 21st of July 2024 and finally revived them on the 18th of October 2024 in that time I was hit with false promises and guarantees , fobbed off and met with rudeness and pure unprofessionalism only got a response when I mentioned I was seeking legal advice and when the order finally turned up it wasn’t even correct have ordered from a rival company who does better quality items and is cheaper and will continue to order from them from now on I WILL NEVER order from the decal stand again my advice stay well clear unless you want your time and money wasted

Now I have finally had confirmation from my bank that I will receive a refund on these items and that they believe my claim, I’m here to let you all know to avoid ordering from thedecalstand!!!
On JULY 17th of this year I placed an order for a set of gel badge overlays for my Kia. At the time of ordering I was told that there would be a 2 week wait max on the production of my order as they hand make each one. I thought cool sound no worries.
On JULY 21st it was changed to processing.
On AUGUST 8th (2 and a half weeks after my order hit the processing stage) I reached out via email (only contact I could find for them) and asked for an update…no response.
On AUGUST 15th I reached out again…no response.
On AUGUST 29th I emailed them a third time and requested to cancel the order. It was no longer required and it simply took far too long for it to come. I mentioned in this email that I was going to raise a dispute with my bank alongside the request to cancel as the fact I had zero contact from them was simply a joke.
FOUR MINUTES LATER I get a response from thedecalstand. They simply tell me that they are unable to cancel an order that has been dispatched and if anyone contacts them (my bank) then they will provide proof of dispatch. I emailed them back instantly asking for the proof of dispatch and how I found it so funny that the minute I mention a dispute with the bank that I actually got a reply from them. Guess what folks… they didn’t respond!!!
This leads us up to now SEPTEMBER 17th. 2 whole months have passed since I placed my order and I still to this day haven’t received anything or had a response from thedecalstand. I’m so lucky that my bank, after reviewing the evidence I sent them, have sided with me and I’ll be receiving a full refund. Please please avoid this company at all costs!!

Fantastic service. From purchase to delivery couldn’t ask for more! Quick posting and well packaged.. Great communication from the guys! Really pleased with my stickers. Thankyou I’ll be back to order more!

Unfortunately I cannot give zero stars.Company is an absolute joke.Been over 2 months still waiting for products.Everyday there are new excuses as to why items haven’t yet arrived.Arrogant, rude and unprofessional when replying back via messenger.How is this business still running ???

Never received decals and kept saying they will sort it out but nothing don't waste your money

Shocking service.. ordered my decals on the 16.7.24 after numerous emails to them & they keep saying there on the way, they were not...I finally received them 30.8.24, what a pile of 💩 decals, all creased & very tatty... BE WARNED DO NOT PURCHASE OFF THEM. I've tried to send them a a fb message & it looks like they have blocked me 😡

I order from these 6 months ago and received half my order promised the earth and items never came so I lost over £30 and I'm on disability tried to contact them and never heard anything put comments on their posts and they were deleted so I set up my own decal business

Shocking- item finally arrived but he sent the wrong one!!! Wrong size!!! Promised he said he would send correct ones …never came after numerous promises!!! Was very patient waited months.
Now has my money and I have not had the goods !!!! Stay well clear of this company!!!!!!! Just a scamming piece of ….!

Same as other reviews, ordered 4 weeks ago on 2-3 day delivery, one response in first week about ‘waiting for curing to complete’ over weekend. Scam company do not use.

Order places... actually received items but all wrong sizes. Have send numerous emails and contacted on social media and no reposing what so ever. Don't give these guys your money!

This company looked genuine when placing the order via the website. However after two weeks of placing order on the website, no delivery so sent an email chasing for delivery date. After a week of nothing I then sent a message in Messenger via Facebook which I got a reply eventually after 4 days saying delivery would be Thursday? Waited till Friday and still no delivery. The Decal Stand then put a post on Facebook which I commented on asking when my parcel would be delivered, the post and my question was taken down straight away.
Sent another message on Messenger to be told it would be there by Saturday. After checking trust pilot it seems this company are not what they say and I’m currently waiting on a refund.

Never received goods I ordered £30 down the drain do not order from here your never get it

Ordered. Nothing ever arrived just empty promises. Avoid at all costs

Ordered over a month ago. Still nothing received, parcel tracking number not recognised. Company not responding to any communication. Complete scammers! Going to try and do a chargeback. Disappointing, please do not get scammed by this company!

Stay clear of these scammers. I ordered on 16th July 2024, they took payment of 26.89 on 17th July 2024. Still not had item and when they can be bothered to reply to your message they just lie. Now reported to trading standards.
