Hello,
I don’t understand why I have been charged such a high customs fee.
My order contains two different items, not one item as declared. Because it was declared incorrectly, I am now being asked to pay $230 in customs charges.
I am not willing to pay this amount due to the incorrect declaration.
If you are unable to correct the customs declaration, please have the parcel returned to you, and once it has been returned, I would like to receive a full refund.

Rude customer service
My order never reached me due to a careless delivery- reached out to the customer service for assistance, the associate was extremely rude and basically said tough luck. She was a manager too! First and last time I ever shop here. Be careful!

Do Not buy from Couture Club if you…
Do Not buy from Couture Club if you live outside the UK! Clothes are HUGE and it costs more to return than the original cost. Sad!

Never received my order
Never received my order or an update for a month. I had to contact them and they had no reason for this. If i hadn’t realised or contacted them they would’ve kept the money and the items.

I am so sorry to hear you have not received your order. I have looked into this and I can see your parcel has not moved on tracking since 01/07/26. Unfortunately, this is an issue with the courier which we sincerely apologize for.
I have looked into our email system and I can see you have spoken with our CS team regarding this and we offered to issue a replacment or a full refund for you straight away and a full refund was issued the same day you contacted.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience.
My order was marked as delivered, but it never arrived. I immediately contacted both the retailer and Evri. After investigating, Evri told me that they could not resolve the issue directly with me and instructed me to contact the sender, as the retailer is responsible for resolving lost parcel claims with the courier.
Despite this, I have been passed back and forth between the retailer and the courier, with neither taking responsibility for providing a solution. I have sent screenshots, explained the situation multiple times, and have had to repeatedly chase updates instead of receiving proper customer service.
The most frustrating part is that these items were ordered specifically for my upcoming holiday. Because of the delays and lack of action, I have been left without my order at the worst possible time.
A customer should never have to spend days acting as the middleman between a retailer and their courier. That is not the customer's responsibility. When a parcel is lost, the retailer should take ownership of the issue and provide a prompt resolution, whether that is a replacement or a refund.
This experience has been stressful, frustrating, and incredibly disappointing. I expected much better customer service, but instead I have been met with delays, repeated explanations, and no clear resolution. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
