I ordered from this company , the bottle club..I received my order 2 bottles which unfortunately through transit with Royal Mail 1 bottle came in perfect condition and 1 not , I reached out to them with proof off shipment and pictures they needed and they then sent me another bottle out which I received yesterday in perfect condition . Will definitely order again from this company. Communication was excellent from them , prompt replies. Very satisfied customer 🫶🏻

I had to email them orded on a sat before chrimo and payed for next day delivery it never came till Christmas Eve

Shocking service, paid extra for early delivery and it never happened! Received goods before Xmas but no refund for early delivery! After spending £200 on a single bottle. I WONT BE USING YOU AGAIN!

I was thoroughly disappointed with The Bottle Club's product fulfilment and customer resolution.

I ordered a cocktail set that was damaged. The packaging was already opened on the inside, which seemed to indicate it had been tampered with or possibly used. I requested a replacement, which led to them sending out the wrong set (also damaged with open packaging). On a third attempt, they finally sent the right one, but still with damage and damaged, already opened packaging.

I'm not sure what is happening with these cocktail sets but I do not feel they are being handled correctly considering the damage to the exterior packaging and even the paperwork inside the box. Perplexing also that each one that was sent seemed to be opened already?? Something doesn't seem right about that.

To make matters worse, while each replacement was handled by a courier, when I eventually asked for a refund, this privilege was not granted and I had to mail it back myself through Royal Mail. I've never had an issue with Royal Mail losing things before, but of course, now is the time it goes missing. Considering the considerable length of time it usually takes for support to contact me back about things I left them to it and assumed they got it, and with time I misplaced the tracking number. But I feel if they stuck with providing a courier like they were with the replacements, this shouldn't have been an issue.

Despite the patience I have given Customer Support over the multiple months it took to try and resolve this along with photos and videos I provided to help describe issues, it was decided that nothing more could be done, leaving me out of pocket.

Please be cautious ordering from them. The customer support phone number never picks up from my experience and email support drags its feet. Never have I had to spend multiple months trying to get a damaged product replaced for one that is intact.

They sent me expired drinks . Now they offer me 15% refund , they should give me full refund or new drinks

Royal mail would not hand over my order
even though I had proof of everything because you put the wrong door number on, right name, right street but my next door neighbours door number, I've purchased many times and spent hundreds of pounds with you and never had this problem before. I had 2 big orders and everything was Christmas presents. Very unhappy about this.

I was happy with the product. How can you be upset with alcohol ? But sadly as the premium price paid for an expedited delivery was useless as it arrived far too late for the function I was catering. I have contacted the company regarding having paid this extra fee but had no response to this yet. Admittedly there has been the Christmas break so I am still awaiting their reply.
