DPD gave a day and time for delivery but never met the schedule. No information was given when delivery was made.

Order has not arrived. Tracking number provided is not recognised by Royal Mail. Very unhappy as this was a Christmas gift.

Great products at a good price, delivered promptly.

Ordered just before Xmas, arrived in plenty of time and Jeany in Customer Service is really helpful and friendly. Will definitely be using again.

Great little miniatures, ideal for my Christmas table presents. A delivered on time as promised 😄

Some of the wine was bought as gifts but several of the bottles were badly marked and in poor condition. Slow response to request for refund/exchange and so didn’t have confidence to purchase a replacement. Overall poor experience buying expensive product and would not use again.

As at the 25th December the product has not been delivered, very disappointing.

Mixed reviews happy with the price of things . Disappointed with delivery details. On making my order it said orde now and receive delivery by a certain date. That didn't happen so I waited a few more days then contacted customer service. They said delivery will take 3-5 days which wasn't stated. So I waited over the 5 days only to revice an email saying my order has just been packed ready to be collected for delivery. Delivery arrived the next day which was too late for what I had intended it for. Delivery was in tact apart from one of the bottles had leaked which is down to the manufacturer not this company. Would I ordered again Yes but please work on your delivery and update information that would be a great improvement.

I baught a bottle of rum which was not cheap I had it for the box and display purposes have leaked all over the box I'm really not happy as this was a main Christmas present for somebody

Good service lots of choice

When my parcel arrived one of the champagne & glasses gift boxes rattled as I took it out of the box! I contacted the online support and they insisted I open the package and the photos so that they could investigate what had happened!!! I wasn’t happy with this but did as requested. There were shards of glass everywhere as one of the glasses was broken. I uploaded all the photos and one of the Customer Service team said they’d be
In touch when they investigated!!! I pointed out this item was a present and I had planned to deliver it at the weekend. After some negotiation the Customer Services team agreed to send out another gift box and said I’d have to return the broken one!!!!!
I did get a notification that an order has been sent and would be delivered by DPD. Today, Christmas Eve, I contacted Customer support AGAIN, and after saying they’d look into this for me at 09.36 (it’s now 19.56) they still have not responded to me! What appalling customer service! I had to buy another gift for my friends which wasn’t what I wanted. I am so disappointed and appalled by such terrible customer service. I will pick this up after Christmas but could do without the stress. If I could have give a minus 10 stars I would have.

Took over a week to send yes it's christmas but paid extra had to get in contact multiple times before they sent dreadful defo never order from again I ordered 11th December recieved nearly 20th
