Great customer service and lovely products
Was gifted a voucher when my baby was born, however, forgot to use it! Bonnie Mob were amazing and reinstated the voucher. I bought 2 pairs of knitted joggers. They feel so soft and look great on my daughter. Arrived so quickly! Great customer service and lovely products!

Great quality clothes but damaged item received with unclear exchange communication
I really love the quality of bonnie mob clothes. Unfortunately I received a damaged item and within 24 hrs of contacting customer service received a response. I wanted an exchange and 24 hrs later they replied that they would send me a new item along with a return slip for the damaged item. This occurred 4 days and counting later and I have since heard nothing. No email confirming shipment of the new item. This is why one star was knocked off my review. I am very hopeful the new item will arrive, but I have no idea when or if it will.

I learned about the Bonnie Mob at a local, curated thrift store after finding a gently worn piece for sale. The quality of the stitching and the fabric really impressed me (I’m a seamstress), which is what ultimate gave me the confidence to make a big purchase.
All this to say, I’m in love with every single piece purchased and will be acquiring more!
