Badly made headboard
We didn't open the headboard immediately as we were waiting for the decorators to finish. When we did install it I noticed the vertical padded strips were all different widths. I sent photos with a tape measure showing the up to 2cm difference to demonstrate and was told I could return it for a refund or have a replacement under their 5 year warranty. I opted for a refund as I didn't trust a replacement would be any better. Their carriers wanted to collect on a Sunday anytime between 7am-6pm. We said that was unacceptable and Monday-Friday any time was fine. The carriers insisted it had to be a Sunday so we packed up the headboard and left it by the front door sending The Bed Supermarket photos. To be fair the refund arrived speedily after that but we would have preferred the headboard to have been made properly.
