Took my Fiat Abarth in for a warning light on, and found AJ who handed the keys over to me very rude when I came to collect it today (Saturday 13th May) quite abrupt and couldn’t get me out the door quick enough, also my car wasn’t washed or hoovered as promised, had caked bird poo on it, and to top it all on the way home the warning light has come back on again, and found out they hadn’t replaced the lambda probe which was the main reason the light was on! Absolutely disgusting place and I certainly won’t be taking it back to them in Slough, bad experience and none of them are friendly, I would not recommend this garage at all to anyone.

I have just made my second purchase at Thames Motor Group in Slough. I returned for the great service and wasn’t disappointed! Paul looked after me and went the extra mile! Thank you so much for making my experience another great one!

It was my 2nd car purchase from Abarth and I couldn’t be any more pleased. The sales guy (Marlon) was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and was able to gauge quickly and efficiently what I was looking for car spec and affordability wise .
The purchase was smooth, pressure free & he was very chatty!
I had dealings with the site manager too which was pleasant & accommodating. I will continue to use Abarth Tunbridge wells for future purchases & accessories. They make you feel at ease, comfortable and have you leaving with a smile!

We bought a used Fiat Panda from Thames three months ago. I thought I’d leave it a little while to make sure the new car wasn’t a lemon! In fact it was superbly prepared, even arriving with a worthwhile amount of petrol in the tank, and has so far proved to be an excellent vehicle. I am therefore happy to recommend Thames, and found Paul Duncan extremely efficient and helpful.

I don’t do reviews but I was so impressed with the customer service that I received from Vincenzo that I felt compelled to express my thanks for such a smooth and pleasant purchase.

Nothing was too much trouble for Vincenzo as I bombarded him with a range of questions by telephone and emails, all of which were answered very quickly. His enthusiasm for Alfa Romeos is infectious and I felt he was as enthusiastic about the Guilia Estrema I changed my Alfa Stelvio for as I was.

On handover, he spent at least 30 minutes going through the setups and asking my preferences at every step.

Vincenzo is a credit to Thames Motor Group and gave the sort of customer service that is all too rare these days.

Can I also mention the young lady on reception, whose name I didn’t get, she was absolutely charming and spent time talking to my wife once she’d had enough of Alfa talk!

It’s rare that you have a customer experience as enjoyable as the one I have just had with Vince at The Thames Motor Group. How many times do you see a car online, make an enquiry and hear nothing ?? Not so with Vince, onit from the start. Having taken delivery of my brand new AF Giulia Quadrifoligo in wicked metallic green, I feel I have known Vince for years. We batted hard to make a deal, and I think he bled a little but the service and the product have exceeded my expectations ( bearing in mind I also drive a Ferrari 812GTS) . The quality and finish on the product is better than many , ummmmm Shall I Say German Cars I have bought, and £4£ the Alfa steals the show all day everyday. They are absolutely brilliant. They are polite, keep you updated, and really care for their customers. When I brought my broken down Jeep to them, after a dramatic experience to an other official Jeep's dealer, they repaired it in less than 24 hours !!! Thanks guys !!! Of course I'll buy my new Alfa from them !!!

I've bought many cars from many different manufacturers in my time, all over London and even a few overseas. Paul at Thames Fiat was by FAR the most brilliant I have ever encountered. The level of care and helpfulness with Paul was far beyond anything before. This dealer is an example of how it SHOULD be. I am over the moon with the car itself too, which had a few lovely touches that I wasn't expecting also. I only wish all car dealers were as good as this! Thanks Paul and the team!

I recently purchased a used Fiat 500 Rockstar Twin-air from this dealer and received first-class service from Paul Duncan! The process was a breeze from start to finish and he delivered on his promises of not cutting corners and being completely transparent on the condition of the car. Great communication and rapid service. Would highly recommend!

or ... if you need to use them, take extensive photos of your car before dropping it off, and get them to sign off on the condition of the car. They are known for crashing your car and then saying it was already damaged.

At the end of 2021 my wife bought a 2019 500X diesel automatic. The sale process was flawless, polite, really not salesy or pushy in anyway.
A few weeks later we noticed a bit of trim coming off and the battery cover was missing, so arranged for these to be fixed at the dealership. Minor niggle that the car was returned with no fuel and unwashed - but hey ho! At this point it was noted that the front tyre was below mininum on the edge despite only having done 1,200 miles since purchase. This was raised with the dealership who agreed to replace the tyre. This was just good old fashioned customer service and Ian Biddle in particular is sounded out as being helpful and pragmatic.

Paul Duncan from the Fiat Slough branch was a joy to work with from start to finish: informative, friendly and went out of his way to help. I would recommend the branch and in particular Paul’s help to anyone thinking of buying Fiat.

Nearly perfect.

Booked my car in for a service and asked if it was possible to have an electric Fiat 500 as the courtesy car as I was looking at purchasing a new one. The lady in the phone was very helpful but said I would have to wait a number of weeks for the Electric fiat 500 courtesy car. I was happy with this.

At 4.45pm today, when I was due to bring my car in at 8am tomorrow for a service, I received a call to say they have no courtesy cars available but could pick my car up. This was not what I had waited weeks for!

I shall arrange for my car to be serviced elsewhere and won’t be buying a new electric fiat 500c.

They have since call back to say they do now have an electric courtesy car available, as another customer has agreed to wait while their car service is done. I now have an electric courtesy car available to me.

Rosie restored my faith back in to Thames Fiat servicing department. From dropping the car off, to her showing me the controls of the electric fiat 500, to my collection of the car. Her customer service was amazing. I will put the issue I had down to a blip.

Popped into Fiat last week just to browse, but Paul Duncan was so amazing I ended up buying a car on the spot and I couldn't be happier.
Ive brought several cars in the past but no salesman has been as friendly and honest as Paul. Fiat Thames Motor Group, in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, have given me an excellent customer experience & focus. My daughters Fiat 500 was in for a 3rd year service, which was completed on time, in fact shorter than the estimate, we had agreed.
The car also had its first MOT, included in the schedule.
I was contacted by text, to complete the book in service information & a reminder call the evening before, from the service department.
The work was completed to a very high standard & a clean car returned. Thank you.

I contacted Fiat Slough from their adverts on auto trader to enquire about Fiat 500c and finance options.
On contact I was greeted by Ameer Shahid. Ameer was extremely helpful from the outset and communicated with me regularly throughout the deal.
I was initially quite nervous buying a car that was 250 miles away and one that I was not going to physically see before purchase. Ameer put my mind at rest by sending me a personalised video of the car. He came back to me with a finance deal which was totally tailored to my needs. Ameer was so helpful and therefore gave me confidence in making a big deal from so far away! The deal took all of 3 days to complete from the initial call to receiving my new car to my door! Superb! Had a fantastic experience. This is the second car we've purchased from here, and our first brand new electric model. Ameer Shahid was our sales consultant, whom was very friendly and personable - making the transaction completely painless and clear. The new car arrived when he promised and is perfect, so everything went very smoothly. Rosie Curtis was our after-care service advisor and was exceptionally helpful, communicative and accommodating - most importantly having immediate answers to some tech queries we were unable to solve ourselves. In one key instance, she told us how to literally halve our charging time; which in itself warrants a 5 star award. Very big thanks to them both!
