From start to finish our experience of trading in our existing 500e for a newer one with Sam was fantastic. Great, fast, responsive communication both over email and on the phone - including some excellent aftersales care too (so many sales people drop you once the money is done!)

Shocking experience with repairs. It’s taken nearly 12 months to book in for simple repairs. The car is with them, no updates. We’re without a car over the weekend. No offers for a courtesy car either. No supervisor or manager is available. We’re not allowed our car back either!

Sam is efficient and helpful. Promises met and delivery to Somerset organised.

Look forward to changing again next year.

Outstanding service from Thames motor group Slough by Ameer Shahid. Attended to are needs gave good advice on our new vehicle. Very helpful and friendly with a smile highly recommended. Swapped our car got a very good price. All sorted in a couple of hours.

We leased a jeep though Leasys 4 years ago. Leasys are scammer they will change for ever thing including wear and tear. They will also call you liars. When contact jeep uk they not interested. Don't trust Leasys just con artists

BRAND NEW JEEP WRANGLERS ARE RUSTY WHEN YOU BUY THEM!!!!
Stellantis own Jeep UK. I bought a brand new 4 door Wrangler Jeep in 2019. I paid close to £60,000 for it. This is my wife's car and as such she got it washed in hand car washes. Some 8 months ago - I decided I'd wash it. To my horror I discovered it had 18 separate areas of significant rust bubbling UNDER THE PAINT around the door edges, panel centres & door hinges. A quick Google search showed this was a KNOWN ISSUE with these vehicles & it had been the subject of much discussion & legal action in the USA!
WHY had we not been informed of this problem in the UK I thought! WHY had Jeep UK not written to recall their vehicles for inspection I asked myself! Well - they hadn't done either. So I went about addressing the problem.
1. I wrote to Jules Tilstone their MD - he didn't bother to respond!!! (nice touch mate - like you didn't know about this issue....????)
2. Instead on 5th June 2023 I missed a call from Joseph. I call him back - send him emails - Hear nothing!
3. With 15 days having elapsed - I again write to Jules Tilstone - updating him with my most recent experience.
4. Again, he fails to personally respond!!!!
5. On 28th June 2023 Joseph calls me!!!! (blah, blah, blah!!!!!)
6. Joseph says I must wait 3 MONTHS (!!!!!!) before the dealership nearest me can INSPECT MY CAR!! Why do you need to inspect it I ask? You KNOW its a common & significant problem?!?! [ What a bunch!}
7. SO.......with my previous Jeep Dealership in having ditched their Jeep franchise I agree to wait nearly 3 MONTHS to have my Wrangler "inspected" at Jeep Slough.
8. September 18th 2023 - I travel an hour to Slough and leave my car with them. The people on the service desk were extremely helpful. I pick the car up the next day.
.....AND SO TO TODAY....
THREE WEEKS LATER their bodyshop has still NOT produced a report on the RUST on my FOUR YEAR OLD £60,000 WRANGLER!!!!!
* Jeep UK are appalling!!!!
* There is no excuse for their treatment of me!!!!
* There is no excuse for a modern car having RUST issues!!!!
* There is no excuse for their lack of transparency over this serious issue!!!!

It is one week since I collected my Fiat 500C and I am still smiling! I had to find something quickly due to a change in my personal circumstances and the team at Fiat Slough couldn't have been more helpful . A huge thank you to Ajay for finding me the best deal for my situation, and to Ameer for giving me the confidence to test drive one the day I first walked in to browse the options. I may not have returned had he not encouraged me to take one out that day, and without being pushy. Both Ajay and Ameer were professional and helpful, they also showed genuine care and compassion. I've been a BMW/VW driver for years, but will never go back now - I LOVE my car - Thank you so much for a happy ending to what has been a very difficult time!

Even though I didn’t actually complete a purchase.
The service received from Tim, Vince (in the past year) and the rest of the sales team has been absolutely spot on.
Prompt returning of calls and passing on messages. Impartial advice (I know my alfas therefore no BS).
Going the extra mile to source alternatives, super efficient in quote preparation.
Sorry I didn’t actually complete the sale at thames and feel super guilty about it.
No doubt I’ll be back for my next Alfa.

I had my Abarth in for a routine service and was kept in contact throughout the process, the work carried out on my car was exactly as described, they did a great job and I even got my car valeted which was a nice touch.

I would definitely recommend Thames to any customer whether that be for the service department or any other department.
