Really wouldn’t bother ordering, they lie about dispatch dates and customer service are usless. Had to cancel my order. The owner should get off tiktok and help with dispatching items to paying customer seems as they’re so “inundated” with orders.

The oil doesn’t work. It’s caused my hair to fall out instead, and made it worse. Wouldn’t recommend buying this at all.
Ps: any one saying the oil is good, they’re just friends with the owner, so are bound to say that.

The eyelash oil makes my eyes itch so much and every time i use the oil i get really bad headaches im guessing its due to the oil smell being so strong

The oils are amazing I love the packaging and the smell of the oil. I have been using the oils for at least 4 months it has helped my hair massively. I have heat damaged and bleached damaged hair, it has worked wonders to make my hair finally healthy. Thank you so much Parv ❤️. I used to use Erims oil however it didn’t work as I well as yours and it definitely the best on the market. I’m so excited for the lip oils

My hair was very dry and had lots of split ends from years of hair dyes and heat treatments. This oil has transformed my hair! I've used it once a week for a few months now and it is a game changer. Highly recommend

I’ve been using Thaari hair oil for a couple of months now and I can categorically say my hair has improved significantly! There’s loads of baby hairs from regrowth and my hair has it’s shine back! I love this oil. I'm on my 3rd bottle and it has been a game changer for the condition of my hair and my scalp. I have tried many oils, but this is the only one that has made a difference.
I have naturally thick hair and a sensitive scalp. Thaari oil has helped me so much. I've used other oils which have done nothing but dry my scalp and hair out more.

I own a small business myself and I have so much love and support for other small businesses owned by strong female bosses. Parv is amazing at what she does. And her passion and desire for her brand shines through in all her hard work on thaari. I will only ever use Thàari oil now, and it will always get the highest rating from me x

I have tried both the erim oil and thaari oil and thaari was by far my favourite and the one I continue to use.

My hair has never been so healthy and shiny, I absolutely love it!

I have been using this oil for a couple months now and I have seen such a huge difference. Before this oil, I tried byerim worst mistake of my life, as all my hair kept falling out and it was making my hair very thin. Ever since I started using Thaari, it has been the best decision as my hair is a lot thicker and my hair has stopped falling out. If you want to invest in a good oil I would recommend you purchase Thaari!! 😊

Don't let fake 1-star reviews sway you. Check the reviewer's profile; often one review, possibly a competitor twice Parv's age. Other 1-star reviewers gave 5 stars to a terrible competitor hair oil which shows who’s behind the reviews. Thaari has genuinely transformed my hair health. Edit: my review is completely genuine. I can see recent reviews saying all negative reviews are fake and are done by the owner of ByErim? This is not true in my case. I’m simply a customer of both bands as a woman living in the UK who is interested in hair care. I find the number of reviews talking about this suspicious, and most mention the owner of Thaari personally.

I really wanted to enjoy this oil after experiencing a dry scalp and seeing reviews of the Preserve oil helping with that. I've used it twice and the first time I thought I could see a difference with the dryness of my scalp improving. I was concerned by the scent of the oil, which smells very superficial like lemon and almond (I might be wrong but it smells so artificial). I was excited to use the oil a second time and since then my hair is shedding an incredible amount. It's put me on edge, as everytime I touch my hair it falls out in clumps. When I wash my hair there is a huge black wad of hair on the bottom of the shower. It's so upsetting to see my hair like that. Thankfully I have naturally very thick hair so it won't be noticeable to anyone else, but I really feel for someone with naturally thin hair who may experience the same as me. I saw another 1 or 2* review that said the shedding stopped after they completely stopped using the oil, so I really hope it will be the same for me. I'm trying not to freak out!

2nd edit: I can see the brand has replied saying they've attempted several times to contact me, this isn't true. My review was from August 2023, and they've just responded now (Feb 2025) asking me to get in touch. I have no reason to get in touch with them now regarding the product I purchased with my own money and stopped using a long time ago due to the hair fall it seemed to cause. They're also trying to claim my order is fake - my order number is #2727 from 2 August 2023 for £26.00. I used the same email to make my purchase that I used to write this review, so the link would have been there.

I've recently ordered the eyelash serum for my lashes as I get my lashes done frequently (extensions, lash lifts). My eyelashes are pretty long but I like to keep them in a good condition.

I've been using this serum for a few weeks as part of my daily routine and I love how lightweight yet hydrating it is for my lashes. I'm not sure why there's a review about it causing an eye infection lol. I've not had a single problem with this product.

I love the little note that came in the packaging and the actual product itself is the perfect size. I've actually recently ordered the pure oil based on how much I liked the serum.

Amazing natural oil! The re-growth at the front of my hair is unreal after just 3 weeks of use…the product was delivered on time, even though the owner who is a small business was sick in hospital at the time! Stella customer service ⭐️ I’ve ordered pure oil.

So far and can see a big difference, after having a child my hair started to fall out and became thinner, since using the Pure oil my hair is growing back and ends are becoming less frizzy and I see a difference in thickness. I just need to be more consistent on using it but can see big difference so far.

Really happy with this oil in hair, and my husband uses it for his beard. Excellent product.

I have been using this oil since it first launched in January. I can confidently say it does exactly what it says it will do. I first started off with preserve as my hair was so damaged by the bleach I used and all the split ends I had. After a couple of weeks of using it religiously I had seen a massive difference. My hair doesn’t only feel softer but I promise my split ends and damaged bleached hair has become so healthy I could cry. I waited for payday so I could finally but pure and use it alongside preserve. Omg I have never seen such a big difference in my life. My hair has grown in thickness as well as lengh. I have been trying so many oils and nothing had worked. But since using Thaari my hair has never been so smooth and thick. I want my hair to be just like Parvs one day and I know I will get there soon. Thank you so much for making such a genuine oil and making me feel so confident everyday. Hand downs best oil in the works. Don’t trust anyone or any other oil other than Thaari.

I went to the event that was held in the Bullring, i was approached straight away and they knew enough about the product so I bought the preserve and pure and I’ve used it a few times since and not once had hair fallout unlike another oil I used. Parv mum was wonderful and I also spoke to parv…for the comment below that she wasn’t interested in public, she was as I spoke to her for a while and saw her speak to everyone else whilst I was there. She a bubbly young girl. The oils smell amazing. I also think some people forget that when you put oil in their hair there is always going to be somewhat of greasiness afterwards…it’s a combination of several oils so you know…so if your hair looking like it been dipped in a fryer then you have clearly put too much on, and finally let’s not forget your suppose to wash your hair afterwards and if your not planning to then use very little on the scalp. The comment about the cat, you need to do some growing up. What an insensitive thing to say, sounds like a false review by a hater. Anyone who knows parv knows she lost her cat recently & that comment is just not needed. I love this product so far and wish it all the success it deserves.

Visited the pop up event over the weekend in Birmingham, a really great experience, great vibe and picked up a few products. Really kind staff including the owners who were happy to talk me through the products. Happy to recommend.
