We've been working with Tevalis for a very long time and have evolved positively together. More recently they have been proactive in customer care and support, and I hope this is only going to continue and develop. I would recommend Tevalis for a quality EPOS solution as they are committed to improvements and efficiency with their systems.

Brilliant, simple POS system with lots of optional details for product details and stock management. Only reason it's 4 stars and not 5 is that the system is so geared towards catering that there are some setbacks when applied to a purely retail front.

Excellent POS system, very insightful and the customer service is always helpful at any time. Keep it up with the great work, I have been using as GM in the company where I work, with more than 7 POS around the building and in no way it is a disappointment. Thank you very much!

As the very first clients of Tevalis in the African continent, we have had an exceptional experience working with them. Since our initial partnership in 2018 with two sites, we have seen tremendous growth in our business. Now, after five years, we proudly operate a total of five sites, with more in the pipeline. Tevalis has played a significant role in our success, providing us with the very best in terms of an Electronic Point of Sale (EPOS) system.

While we are thoroughly satisfied with the Tevalis EPOS system, there is one aspect that we would appreciate in terms of our specific market, the Kenyan market. We believe that integrating certain elements, such as adapting the receipts to conform to our standards, would be advantageous for both Tevalis and retailers in our market. Currently, we are adjusting to the system as it is, but if Tevalis could make this customization, it would position their brand to potentially dominate our market, particularly surpassing competitors like Micros.

We implemented the Tevalis portal in our restaurant and I must say it had revolutionised our POS operation. It’s user friendly interface, inventory management to table tracking, the system handles it all efficiently. I highly recommend TEVALIS to streamline their operations and elevate customer experience.

Some problems at the beginning but working completely fine onwards. System has multiple options to check the performance of the company/staff. As another reviews, customer service has been moved overseas making a bit difficult to communicate incidents however mail works for me and I did not have any problems with them.
We have set different POS on our second restaurant and both works the same for me. Mr Yum, Delivero etc can be easily add to the portal and provide good integration. As a Business Analytics, the information provided is clear and proficient. Automation also is a good point, I couldn’t get some report on diff POS as on Tevalis, so extra point on this.

Being a chef and having to work with a purchasing system like Tevalis is a dream. It's functional and after a couple of hours training I was able to start adding in recipes and also posting invoices. I also see it as very good value for money considering the other companies that run the same systems. Pulling off reports are also very easy to do. Well worth the money!

A reliable and well designed system; super easy to follow and the team over at tevalis spent a couple of hours providing training which has always been followed up by consistent and friendly support over the telephone. Would definitely recommend as it has allowed us to manage a range of things such as stock take in such a simpler way.

We have been using Tevalis for 6 years and I really feel we build a partnership with them.
Any EPOS change (with any company) is always a stressful time and full of question marks, but after we learned how to use the software at full potential, I am convinced it was the best choice we did.
All integrations we need to run our restaurants are there and they are open to work on new ones too. The system is user-friendly and the User Guides are easy to follow and cover everything you need.
Engineers are knowledgeable in resolving any issues and able to remote login to any live tills to resolve things.
Last but not least. Our account manager, Caitlin Clark, is superb!! She is always there when we need something, she makes things happen and regular calls keep everything running smoothly.

Great EPOS system, very lucky to have such a high skilled Project Manager like Andy Stamp in the company. Made everything easy and was a great partner throughout implementation.

We have been using Tevalis for several years now. As with every EPOS there have been ups and downs, but overall we are satisfied and not planning to change any time soon. There is a lot of integrations supported, which futureproofs the solution. 2nd line engineers are knowledgeable in resolving any issues. Personally I find very useful multi-user remote login to any live tills, which comes very handy when testing new setups and changes to the software.
CM has a lot of useful features, with user-friendly interface.

I recently started using Tevalis and I must say it has been transformative for us. The training and installation is well organised and efficient. We changed over 7 sites in 10 days and had very few teething issues!

The software improves continuously and integrations are top notch.
The Back office is very user friendly especially if you have a multi site company.

Mark our account manager is always available and extremely helpful.

I highly recommend Tevalis to anyone looking for a reliable epos software.

Our Tevalis experience has been good, our account Manager Mark has been great, he's always keeping us updated with new features and innovations the company has and checks in every couple months if he's not heard from us.

Been a customer with Tevalis since 2016 and we decided to upgrade to Centralized Management.
Worst mistake ever, the Sales Team are very slick and we got sold. None of the integrations ever worked with unreliable, useless tech support. To top it all they continue to invoice for services/licenses.

From missed installation dates to wrong upgrades, the wrong menu loads to clueless support teams, been thru a nightmare of a journey.

All attempts to resolve and fix things went to deaf years and left with no option to move away.

Thousands wasted with Tevalis.

Avoid at all costs.

Charlie was very helpful, and the whole team at Tevalis was accommodating to our needs. Last couple months we have been working on our new POS system and Charlie helped us with anything we needed. Was great working with him and the team!
