Tevalis is great, super user-friendly - a one stop shop for everything from POS to ordering/reporting + stock management. It integrates with many other hospitality softwares. Wouldn’t think twice about recommending it to other hospitality businesses. As a GM it is the perfect piece of software.

I have been using Tevalis for approximately 7 years, we use it both for our FOH as well as our stock system – like all systems we have had some up and downs but always managed to find a solution and tailor it to our specific needs. Customer support is always at hand to offer their support. Centralised Management is easy to use with a great program Epos Design. Reporting covers all your needs to the specific data extraction you are looking for.

We utilize Tevalis EPOS for our restaurant , and it has proven to be an excellent choice. The software is user-friendly, making it easy for our staff to navigate and make necessary adjustments. The back-office functionality and reporting features offer valuable insights into our business operations. Overall, we're quite satisfied with Tevalis EPOS and would recommend it for its reliability and ease of use.

We have been using Tevalis now for over two years now and its great. deals with high demand and fast pace service. one till needing replacing in two years is amazing in a high volume premise like ours.

The amount of reports again is great, At first the amount can be over whelming but you once learn your way around they have every report under the sun and if the odd chance they don't, their development team will happily make it for you.

Central Management is also really easy to use and easy to add and modify products. Tevalis also offers one to one training over zoom to get you acquainted with the system and all its features. the EPOS designer is also very simple to design and create your ideal till for your business.

Tevalis also has a nice and simple stocktaking system which makes it all easier than other systems. it literally does everything for you and keeps it simple. The reports for stocktakes have a loss and gain report separate from the stocktake report which makes the relevant info needed to manage a stocktake without the unnecessary number only needed in an audit.

Tevalis promise the earth and then when they fail to deliver they continue to chase for money. Over a year on from parting company with Tevalis because integrations they promised would work simply wouldn't they are threatening legal action for non-payment for a service not received. When legitimate complaints/comments are made about this they are ignored. Save yourself time, money and hassle and go elsewhere.

We were looking for a new EPOS system for our business and the Tevalis system ticked all of the boxes. The build and install process was very straight forward. As it is cloud based, the back office is very easy to use. I would highly recommend them

We moved from a spreadsheet bill system to an epos for the first time a few years ago and met with a few suppliers at various trade shows. We were really impressed with the hands on approach that Tevalis took and this has continued throughout the build and support. They are quick to assist with changes and queries and created a very bespoke system for us as we aren't a typical food and beverage operation. The interface is extremely easy to use, which is great if you have casual staff you need to quickly train on it. I would absolutely recommend them to the industry.

Working in hospitality over the past 8 years has presented a lot of challenges and ensuring that our terminals, stock, payments, integrations are all syncing as they should be is an integral part of our operations. Tevalis makes this very seamless on a day to day basis, however the support of our account manager Sophie really helps to know that someone is there to solve any query in a quick and efficient manner as possible. We have fortnightly calls to discuss any opening tickets, which they are now very few and it's always feels reassuring to have her on hand to answer any queries that the sites have/issues that they run into.

Software support team is always on support.
The implementation of all my products on to the system and was extremely patient and nothing was an issue.
The link between the epos and stocktaking was the major factor in choosing their software.
So far so good.

We use tevalis EPOS for our restaurant based in North Norfolk. It's capabilities are fantastic and the support system is really great. We love it for it's integration with our reservations software, meaning the process is completely seamless. The EPOS software itself is extremely easy to navigate and making amends or daily updates to the till is easy for all staff members. The back office and reporting is also fantastic and gives us valuable insight into lots of useful data for the business. Overall we love the software and would highly recommend!

Tevalis had great capabilities - it would integrate with our Finance system - Aqilla, and provide invoices seamlessly. It would provide in depth reporting on our sales and spends. The EPOS was easy to use too. It was a great system/tool to have.
