I recently had an issue with an online order as the carrier did not deliver the items. After contacting customer service via email, I was pleasantly surprised by their responsiveness and the quick solutions they put in place to resolve the issue. Their service was exemplary, and I will continue to trust them as a loyal customer.

Recently had an issue with a sweatshirt that I had ordered online. I sent an email and was very happy with the quick response and actions taken to correct the issue. The customer service was outstanding. Wil continue to be dedicated customer.

Amazing company. Recently had two lost packages due to courier issue. Tentree came good for it and resent order by express and it arrived with another courier next day. The communication was quick and good explanations.
The clothing is solid. Great long lasting material.

I have ordered multiple times from Tentree and keep coming back as I just love the quality and their dedication to planting trees with every purchase! This past Christmas I made multiple purchases and there was one with the tracking info I received hadn’t moved in a few days, I emailed support and they responded within 24 hours stating that it did in fact look like the item was lost and they right away sent out replacement items. This was great customer service I received and also with the postal strike we had received the other 2 orders in a timely manner as they used a different courier!

On top of that knowing their dedication to the environment makes it all the more easy and motivating to get more and more clothes from them!

I’ve only had great experiences both with clothing I’ve purchased and customer service. When I emailed in I got a very quick response and the employee went above and beyond to help me. The clothes I’ve bought are well made and fit true to the size charts on the website. Would absolutely recommend!

My wife and I have been enjoying Tentree products for years. Hoodies, jackets, pants, we have some of each in our waredrobes. We keep coming back for more! Just as important, I had an issue with a recent delivery that didnt quite make it into my hands. Customer Care went way above and beyond to respond quickly, guide me through the process and deliver a solution that they did not have to do. I love all the Tentree products I've purchased - both the quality and style are great. I've also had a great experience with their customer service - prompt and friendly! I am trying to not shop too much, but Tentree is one of the few sites I browse regularly - and splurge on occasionally :)

Had an issue with a price correction. Emailed and heard back within a day with a suitable resolution. I've not had many returns needed but on the rare occasion they've also been very fair and accommodating. Love this company and their clothes that are slowly taking over most of my families waredrobe.

I had an excellent experience dealing with the customer service department at tentree! I have always loved their clothes, and after years of buying them finally had a small issue with the snaps on a shirt I love. They were incredibly helpful and understanding, and resolved the issue generously and quickly. Thanks to everyone who helped!

First I would like to start with, I highly recommend tentree to anyone looking to make a change in more sustainable clothing purchases, or if you or someone you know are someone who loves the environment and the impact trees can and do make in our ecosystem. Love tentree!

I recently placed an order for a few items, in which I eagerly awaited. (The website is easy to navigate and the ordering process is smooth-btw). I received an email from tentree when my order was on the way and when it was delivered. I went to my mailbox to pick up my package only to find no package waiting for me. I immediately contacted tentree customer support and the courier who delivered the package. tentree support was in contact with me within 24 hours, and immediately was on top of taking care of me. After speaking with support about the problem, they immediately took care of my order and replaced the missing items. I could not have asked for a better experience. The tentree team is by far committed to going above and beyond for their customers.

Tentree is everything I’ve been looking for! I’m 29 and am trying to look nice without looking too young, but also not frumpy. I care a lot about the environment, and am a Dogwalker, so I’m active and want the clothes I wear to be comfortable at all times.

Tentree’s clothes are cute without being too revealing or impractical and they are made of the most comfortable fabrics I’ve ever worn. I found tentree searching for “tencel” and now I don’t want to wear anything else. Their colors are also the best! The clothing is really durable and I love the ability to track trees planted for clothes AND knowing my clothes aren’t crushing the earth with excess waste. This company is a dream!!

Package was lost due to my own mistake. I expected nothing form them over this issue but they exceeded all expectations in providing a solution. Im firming a customer for life now.

I always loved tentree and since I had to contact their customer service for a delivery issue let me tell you I love this brand even more.

One of my package got lost and they handled the situation quickly and professionally. The issue was resolve in less than 24h. Thanks team, this was a good experience. Not to mention I absolutely love the quality of their products.

Wow what amazing service! thank you!

I bought an item online, received it in a very timely manner. When I wore it for the first time, I realized that the pocket wasn’t sewn in as my phone dropped to the ground through the pocket.

I contacted Ten Tree via their online customer service and was quickly responded to.

I really appreciate this quick response and resolving it.

They asked for a bit of information which i sent. The next thing I received was an email saying that another garment and been sent. I could donate the other garment as they wanted to limit the carbon footprint. Wow!!!

Now that’s service!

I wish all businesses would take their lead.

I can't be more disappointed with their mystery boxes the last few rounds. They used to be so good and actually came in a box not a small bag. There is something about ordering a box and getting a bag. Stupid but a legit complaintz.you advertise a box, send a box. The quality of product in the "boxes" has been terrible the last three now. I keep trying and expecting a better outcome but I'm done. So disappointed in them, I used to recommend them to my friends but now I tell them to avoid them as it's a waste of money! I always loved ordering these but never again!

Tentree is an excellent company. The clothing is super comfy and fits are true to marked size.
I recently had a wrong item delivered by mistake and one I had ordered was missing from the order. A quick email to customer service and the correct item was sent out. Was also told to keep the incorrect item rather than send it back.
Quality, comfortable clothing, a commitment to environmental sustainability and excellent customer service make Tentree a company I will recommend over and over again.
