I've always liked the concept behind TenTree clothing - made from sustainable and recycled materials, sustainable packaging, and supporting ecosystems by planting trees. I had a recent experience where my package was delivered, but stolen from outside my condo unit. TenTree replaced my entire order for free with no hesitation. This kind of quality customer service made me feel valued and has earned them a customer for life. I knew their clothing as great. Now I know the company is even better.

Tentree, I can't even look at other clothing now, or wear it, without feeling like it isn't right. Tentree clothing feels nourishing, kind to the earth and worth something more than all the clothing at the stores. It makes me feel new, refreshed, like I made a difference in the world with the tree's being planted each time I purchase. I found Tentree clothing at a very pivotal time in my life. Some people say, clothes are clothes. But Tentree, you don't just make clothes, you make healthy clothes out of better materials, you plant trees and help communities flourish with job opportunities, and your clothing is safe and healthy for the environment and the wearer. I feel worth a little more when I wear them, a little more empowering, and a little more stronger, knowing I've made a footprint in my own life in the right direction. I can only say that I would love to see shorts a little longer, as I am a girl that doesn't show as much skin. Thank you tentree, for being honest and true to the people and the earth!

I’ve loved my clothing from Tentree for a handful of years. The quality is always consistent, and everything I buy is durable as well as comfortable. When I recently had an issue with a package getting lost from a hoodie that I ordered for my husband, customer service was super quick to respond, and noticed as well as resolved the issue before I did! That doesn’t happen too often nowadays with many companies. You’ve made a customer for life with your service, thanks again!

Excellent customer service.

I ordered a sweater that was final sale, when it arrived I noted it had a small stain. I contacted customer service and they replied within 3 hours asking for photos. I sent the photos and less than 45 minutes after that they had shipped a replacement to me. Silvia was the customer service rep that helped me.

I asked for a return from this company and never heard back and got ghosted. I would not buy form this company again. Buyer beware.

I have been a big fan of tentree for almost as long as they have been around. I still remember buying (and loving) my very first ten tree hoodie. I recently made a purchase that I was not totally happy with and when I reached out to the customer service team, they did everything they could to make it right. I really appreciate that. I love a company that stands behind their product...and it wasn't even the product's fault, it just didn't suit me!

I have been purchasing the mystery boxes for years and eagerly await for arrival each time. I have purchased for both myself and for gifts and have always been pleased with the merchandise received. Unfortunately, this last time mine got lost in the mail and never arrived even though it was marked delivered. I contacted support and they had a replacement package sent out within 24 hours! Awesome customer service which will keep me a loyal customer. Customer service like that is hard to come by these days. 10/10 experience.

I ordered some shirts and two had stitching defects. TenTree reached out immediately and offered a couple options where I'd be happy with the outcome. I opted to have the shirts sent again and they were perfect :)
Props to Silver for restoring my faith in Customer Service and it's nice to know there are still companies out there who stand by their product.

Love this company! Thier quality has gone down a little in the past few years though but they always have good support, order fulfillment and love the commitment to the mission

I recently purchased for the first time from Ten Tree online. The garment is excellent quality and I received additional help from Customer Support which was excellent as well !!! Ten Tree is Canadian and it feels great to support such an amazing company who gives back !!

I had bought a tentree ball cap about a year ago and the inside elastic thread is falling apart making the hat almost impossible to wear as it's a fitted style. I contacted customer service with photos and they were right on it. I ordered the same cap online and they covered it, I just had to pay some postage. The communication was prompt and very polite, with my issue resolved in about two days. tentree, I'm still your #1 fan!

We are very grateful for the experience we had with 10tree customer service. They asked for photos of our issues and as soon as we sent them, they responded appropriately with a refund. We have always loved our 10tree products, so this service just adds to our love!

My experience with Customer Service over the years has been great! All you have to do is send an email and a very helpful rep will respond very quickly. They make returning items very easy and seamless, and will thoughtfully answer any questions you may have. Highly recommend tentree and their merchandise.
