We were not even half way into minigolf, when we were escorted out of the building. Prayers to the family to the poor guy who we were escorted by who was in cardiac arrest, I think we could have been escorted out somewhere away from the poor man as to show some respect.

Dirty bowling area
When we got there the bowling area was dirty and when we ask staff if they can clean it. It took them 35 minutes to come and clean it.

Terrible Service - But the Show Must Go On!
Booked Karaoke for 3pm, arrived 2:30, to check-in & make sure the room was ready. Was told to come back at 3pm. We waited. The room wasn't ready, 1 microphone, (the other had been stolen by kids who'd locked themselves in another room & were rapping away off key) no props, tv screen not showing song lyrics, aircon not operating! Asked 3 different staff members for help, took 20mins for a manager to come & switch our room. He added time to our booking but we had to go anyway as had a table booked elsewhere for food. One day this story might be funny!

Bowling great fun and so much better…
Bowling great fun and so much better now it’s been updated. Love the pool tables and darts. However golf was a massive let down, needs a few repairs in there and definitely a good sorting out as couldn’t play properly. Laser quest was really fun too. Staff always nice and helpful

Lanes not clean
Everything was okay and running however bowling lanes were not cleaned or cleared ready for you. We was sent to play at our lake that was covered in food waste and left to clean this ourselves. Lanes need to be checked before sending the next family to play on it.

Kids had fun
Kids had fun. Quick service to get to our lane. Clean and so much better an experience post renovation. Will definitely return although will look for special offers to make it more doable. Only negative - very loud music.

Speed Bowling....
I booked a bowling lane online for myself and my kids (6yrs & 10yrs) at 13:40 for one game, we ordered food and drinks to be delivered to the lane as soon as we got there. We began our game as planned. However, halfway through, another group arrived stating they had booked the lane for 14:00. While the situation was managed, it unfortunately caused me and my two young children to rush our game, reducing our overall enjoyment.
Additionally, once we completed our game, we had to find a table and rearrange for our food to be delivered there, which was inconvenient and disrupted our experience.
I feel that tenpin allowing only 20 minutes for a game prior to another booking is not realistic especially with two young children.
