Well as you just opened new things you would think more people would serve. It was packed, the queues were long. I paid for my 9 year old son to go in the play area then they said they were full so come back in 25 mins, which my son has adhd and waiting was long, then when he went back they told him he was too tall so I had to explain he's 9 and I already paid he was then let in. Then food was pricey for what I got a small handful of chips and half a batch? Certainly wasn't impressed i spent over £100 in total and what an expensive disappointment

The revamped venue is a great improvement but on the day our party arrived for our 3 lane 16 person (prebooked) session, we were greeted by a 20 minute queue to register our session. Only one reception position manned. Only 2 of our 3 prebooked lanes were available to use , the third necessitating a further 20 minute wait for the lane to become free.(not good with 8 small grandchildren eager to get going) overall staff were totally overwhelmed but polite and helpful. Lesson learnt Dont go at busy time!!!

Kids had a great time in the new soft play & darts area. Darts quite expensive for a weekend 30 minute session which make it harder for families to enjoy all that there is to offer which makes for sad children if this cannot be accommodated on each trip here.
Staff at bar area struggling with working on there own, huge ques of people waiting and no one really seems to be enthusiastic enough to move at a quicker pace. Would come back as soft play was a huge hit with kids

Massive ques. Table service over 45 minutes. Soft play had to be pre booked but didn't state anywhere so I had an upset little one and we went back. Ram packed only half the tables to number of families booked in it was ridiculous and the music was so loud you couldn't hold a conversation, mid afternoon. Coventry

Bowling was good. Just felt sorry for the one person behind the bar. More staff needed during half term

We took the kids bowling and had food as well. We booked for 8pm and when we went to the lane there was people still using the bowling lane. So you have to stand and wait until there finished and there not happy because they are being rushed to finish. Then the lanes stopped working and had to wait for about 15 mins then got told to move lanes. Food is not great.

Me and my sister took my daughter and my 2 nieces to the soft play. The staff were rude and not helpful. I think there is far too many children allowed to be in the soft play.
There was also only one person at the bar serving and they had ran out of children’s drinks. This is unacceptable and my daughter and 2 nieces were quite upset and distressed with how many it was.

Soooo ridiculously understaffed, they have an outstanding set up for sports fans huge screen, big bar darts the list goes on. However it’s managed horrendously. This is no word of a lie I had a booking to play bowling at 12:30 I got in a queue at 12.15 and I did not get seen to u til 12:45 absolutely appalling. I decided to watch the football with a beer whilst the kids did bowling and the arcades and directly infront of the screen there was a kids party table. Now I’m no detective or anything but I would never mix the two. How can you have football fans & kids party’s on tables next to each other. The staff are incredibly slow I ordered a beer to the table which I sat at and it was poured and left behind the bar for almost a whole half of the football just a pure terrible experience and the queues for the bar at one point were probably 10 metres long. The place absolutely needs new management and more staff and I honestly believe it would be a great place for parents to relax and kids to have a great time but at the minute the queue for toys when the kids have collected tickets from the machines is the same queue as when you’ve booked bowling it’s ran terribly.

Lack of parking. Pizza was cold and burned and hard.

It was so busy so we struggled to get parked as the car park isn’t suitable now the soft play is open as it’s too small. This and the massive Que meant we were ten minutes late so they had given our lane away. The lady at the desk was so rude and unhelpful. We went to the lane to wait for our go and there wasn’t even anyone on it. We explained this to a different worker and he was so helpful (he is the only reason there are two stars) Then our lane kept breaking. For quite an expensive day out it wasn’t good.

We came for the new soft play.. only having booked online had to wait in a queue on arrival for 20 mins!!!
Way too busy and certainly not a big enough soft play for the 170 odd capacity! The toddler had older kids in n out and very rough in there. You need someone monitoring the baby area and stopping the older kids going in!

We had pre booked. Despite this there was a very lengthy queue in order for us to check into the soft play.
When our children went in we were unable to find a seat to spectate and it was extremely over crowded inside the soft play.

We were booked for 6.30 and were told things were a little behind which is fine. Although a few other lanes were actually empty as the lane we were booked to the family on it were taking a lot longer to complete the game. While waiting near that lane I watched our food be brought over and offered to them. I feel the food should not be brought out untill your actually playing which is why we choose that offer. we had to go and ask to be moved to an empty lane. If this was monitored better it would keep things flowing better that's all.

Bowling was great! The pizza that was included as part of the food deal was very substandard quality but no issues with it being a little something.

Suggestion would be for all lanes to have hand sanitisers as pizza fingers and bowling ball finger holes don't make for a great hygiene combination.

I paid twice as much booking online as I would have by just turning up. Disgraceful.

From your reply you clearly didn’t read my review properly.

Had to queue 25mins past my time slot to get in. No staff available to talk to.
No tables to sit at or out coats/shoes.
Children fighting and swearing.
Left early.
Tried to email them to give feedback but email didn’t work for the soft play.

We pre booked our experience 1 game with food, the food didn't arrive we asked the staff who said it was being plated, then we asked again and he said it will be 10mins then comes back and tells us that they haven't even received any food order for lane. The food then arrives stone cold and hard. We complained to the manager got our food out to us within 10mins hot and fresh,

Booking was very easy quite simple and straightforward to do. We enjoyed ourselves and were shocked at how much it has changed (for the good) as half the family enjoyed the escape room.

I think maybe have more than one till or person(s) asking about bookings on certain days due to length of queue

Other than that spot on and will be booking again soon maybe with more people for bowling

We went for soft play, pool and darts. Pool and darts was great, easy enough to get a table and darts was simple to book and play. Soft play however was a nightmare and ruined the experience. It was so busy and noisy in there that my younger one (who is 6 and not exactly timid) wouldn't play in there as it was to loud and busy. Even playing pool it got to much as the noise from the soft play was unbearable at times. I've got 2 young kids so am very used to soft play but I just felt they let way to many in this one.
