After suffering a leak on our new hot water tank it was a pleasure to talk with a customer relations lady at the Telford Group.She was very helpful in dealing with the process and definitely a bonus to the company in maintaining a positive outlook if there ever was a problem.Either she has had first rate training or I suspect she is lovely person! Absolutely terrible customer service & aftercare support , purchased 200+ units for several sites, should you unfortunately, experience an issue (we have many times) with leaking cylinders on site do not expect any support from this company, they never respond with any worthwhile solutions, engineers are never available to resolve problems, not sure they actually have them employed, it's a fact that sometimes issues can occur this is to be expected however, a good firm have procedures in place to minimise any disruption's to a customer operation.
Avoid at all costs, use at your peril.

I emailed the company with a query about a jacket for my water cylinder and they responded overnight. The answer was I didn’t need one but i was impressed by their quick reply, since i wasn’t ordering anything.

A huge thank you to Miles for travelling a long distance to sort out issues we were having with our heating system which was installed by another company. He firstly sorted out a leak on one of the joints they had fitted( not his job but water was pouring through the ceiling!!!!). He then patiently got the system all working for us as the installers were unable to do so! He explained everything to us and all is working well. My husband is very unwell and it was so nice to have someone to sort this out for us who genuinely cared. Thank you so much Miles. We are very grateful.

Appalling business practice
I fitted a one of Telford's stainless steel vented cylinders. A couple of weeks later the customer reported water coming through their ceiling.
It turned out that the new cylinder had sprung a leak.
Telford apparently only offer to pay for an engineers time to replace a poorly made cylinder if it is an unvented one and not their vented ones.
I replaced the cylinder like for like but lo and behold, after another couple of weeks the second cylinder sprung a leak. From the same place!
This time the customer was running out of patience and decided they wanted a copper cylinder instead of stainless steel as they didn't trust them. This meant completely redoing the pipework.
Telford still wouldn't offer even a token of compensation for my time replacing their poorly made cylinders. Their area salesman asked me to give him an invoice and he would fight my corner to get a payment to me. Over 3 months have passed and I'm still waiting...
I have found dealing with this company to be frustrating and unpleasant. I am out of pocket to the tune of £500.
I cannot recommend this company.
Update. After 4 months they contacted me out of the blue to pay my invoice and so I have upgraded my star rating from 1 to 3.
Our Megaflow was making loud noises…
Our Megaflow makes loud noises whenever it works. I address it to the technical team and they responded promptly. They said it is to do with coil resonation and what should I ask plumber to do. I have made an appointment with a plumber and hopefully will be fixed. Technical team response was pretty fast and over the phone they were very helpful and pleasant. Mr. Sean Reynolds was my contact point.

Having issues with my hot water & heating I have contacted Telford Group for diagnostic of the issue. Miles Bloor provided outstanding customer service, great knowledge of the system. Miles was very patient with me, and talked me step by step of diagnostic. He is a great asset to the Telford Group.

Having recently had a Tempest Heating Pump installed and was having difficulty getting hold of the installer. I telephoned Tempest direct to be passed to Myles. Great product, even better service
The product we bought was the tornado and it has provided everything that was promised. We had a slight issue but was quickly resolved without issue. Personally, I don't have a problem if an issue arises as long as it is dealt with as I would hope and expect and Elaine, Marie and the team definitely exceeded all expectations and did that. Great service and product. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Four days, four days off work waiting for a cylinder. I have waited for deliveries from Telford. I brought a cylinder through an online company. Telford their supplier, promising a 100% working pre plumbed system when it arrived on the job with minimal onsite installation time delivered by their own Telford delivery vehicle. I have never seen it, however i have seen an independent transport company deliver the damaged beyond repair item to me on the third attempt. On the 4th attempt they decided to cancel the day before. Now I have to take a further day off so they can pick up their damaged item and replace it with a second item.
It has cost me almost the same as the cylinders cost in loss of earnings waiting for it to arrive.
Appalling service, keep away.

First delivery, after you cancelled the first date.
You claimed to be outside my address and the property 98 high street is empty. No, 96 high street is empty, 98 is a shop with a flat over the top with clear view of the road outside. Seemingly your delivery driver decided it was empty and after asking a passer by who told them that property was being done up and was indeed empty.
If your driver rang me on the phone number you had for and indeed had used to communicate with me previously I would’ve been able to meet your driver for the delivery. If your diver had knocked on the door of 94 High street, my friends would’ve told you how to find me and the same for my friends living at 100 high Street.
But sadly, none of my friends, neighbours or myself, in the street can recall a your delivery vehicle being parked there during the day.
So your delivery driver supposedly decided to take the cylinder away, so they could drive out to Bala again and waste more time and money.
I rang my client (trading Depot Ltd), your customer mid after noon to find out what was going on to be told that you had been and gone and no one was home.
You then sent the item out with an independent courier that you claim damaged the item. Sad but true it arrived damaged. You offered to take it back and rebuild it, then your company came up with a better idea that you would build a new one and bring it out and collect the trashed one.
Whether the cylinder was damaged on the courier or it was dropped in your yard we will never know.
You when required me to wait for a further day, 25th oct, then on the 24th mid afternoon you ring to say it will be delivered on 26th instead. A further day off work and I am unavailable on 26th and 27th and the following week. Indeed the next day I am available at this address is 20th Nov with a slightest possibility that I might be available on the 13th of Nov.
So that will make 5 days off work for your 100 % guaranteed pre plumbed cylinder that is insured by you in your sales literature that will arrive to me working on your own delivery vehicle and that it can be installed with the minimum of onsite working time.
I have now wasted 5 days of earnings to be here waiting for your deliveries. I have lost nearly as much of the items cost in loss of earnings. And I should’ve just got the plumber to go down the road to the plumbers merchants and brought all the parts from them and it would’ve been fitted weeks ago.
This experience with you and service has been appalling. I wouldn't even give you the 1 start rating. but it is the lowest we can give
