Functional capabilities are excellent - we selected the suite for PDF processing and it was one of the very few that had all the capabilities we needed.

Support is outstanding - very quick, very good and worked with me on a number of questions/issues so we could get our solution working.

The only drawback is the documentation. It is incomplete, inadequate and assumes that you are an expert with the component already. If the documentation had been good enough, I would have had almost no need for support and would have saved over a week of development time, trial & error, etc.

I love the functionality of the controls, I would give them 5 stars.
However, the system is very unstable in Visual Studio design mode. Controls stop updating, don't appear on the screen etc. I find myself having to close and restart Visual Studio many times during the day to make the designer work with Telerik controls again.

The demos and documentation are my favorite part of the website. The professionalism of the help desk staff, either with ticket submission or phone support has been well above industry standard. Looking forward to growing with Progress/Telerik as you make improvements and additions to the Blazor tool set.

I've been a customer for about 5 years now. The suite of projects is fantastic. We use everything from Kendo UI jQuery, Kendo UI ASP.Net Core, Test Studio, Report Server, and more.

I highly recommend going with Kendo UI to any client I have.

Just about impossible to uninstall unfortunately.
Even after uninstall and trying to remove every reference to telerik from the system I am prompted to enter my login details whenever I want to install a nuget package.
All packages fail to install since I cannot get past this screen. This is very, very poor.

It was really to integrate the Kendo UI grid and chart in our web application. The API is intuitive and the documentation helped a lot, too.
We're using AngularJS so the AngularJS - Kendo bindings saved us some time and integration efforts.

If you like playing guess the API, then the Telerik software is for you. Only the basics of the controls are documented, the moment you try to use them for anything more specific, you'll find that the properties, methods and events are not documented and you have to try to guess how to use them from their name. You can raise a support request, but if the documentation was better, you wouldn't need to keep asking questions. Very frustrating. The controls appear to be very good, but you will keep hitting the poor documentation problem and this will kill your productivity.
