I was a little skeptical at first with this service. The first initial call was fairly quick, and prices are similar to my area as well. Then after calling the network, I started to feel a little more comfortable. The doctor called me back in less time than estimated, and was 1000 times faster than sitting in a room waiting. But honestly, it wasn't until I called my pharmacy to confirm my prescription was sent that I knew this is legit. I'd recommend these guys if you want to go the telehealth way. And if ever needed I'd use them again.

Service was professional and a great experience. I needed to get into my portal to get a copy of my treatment history and I had to pay 59.99 to get a copy. I would have given them a 5-star, but I think it's a rip-off to pay about 60 dollars for a copy of your own paperwork.

Access to a licensed physician was easy and inexpensive . I was able to explain my concerns and obtain the appropriate information and medications. As I continue to social distance, this method was ideal. Thanks for the help.

Had me pay up front after describing symptoms and then when I connected with a nurse they say they don’t do calls for my symptoms. A waste of time and money.

We called TelerainMD because my wife urgently needed a dentist or a doctor who could assist managing the pain of a toothache. They were able to get us on a saturday in touch with a doctor. However, they did not tell us on the phone that the service was a subscription rather than a one time cost. The process of cancelling is difficult, cannot be done online and requires another $40 payment.

I needed antibiotics for an infected tooth at 10pm! Service was efficient and Dr was caring and compassionate. Had my medicine first thing in the morning. Highly recommended service!
