Paid 60 dollars to have a doctor tell me they can't help men with UTI. Said they would return money on credit card never did. Seems like a scam.

I was in a lot of pain from UTI! Called and was set up with the doctor and was on my way to well within an hour!! Feeling Great by the end of next day! “Whew”. The good doctor was my hero!

Literally called the same morning following use of services at 2 am. Unsatisfied with their service and requested to cancel. The told me I couldnt cancel, so I cancelled my card. You can't force me to keep a service I dont want. A month later when payment didn't go through I start getting harrassed and threatened to be sent to collections. SCAM

SCAMMERS!! Removing 40 monthly without any authorization and after I verbally, and emailed subscriptions to end. About 4 months ago an acquaintance had a bad toothache and his father he just passed and money was live so I found this option available online and set him up an appointment when I talk to the billing department and gave him a card information and I verified with them the situation they knew that this person was not on my bank account they knew that they didn’t have authorization to do anything they knew that I was paying for one doctors visit and that was it fast forward to two months and I’m checking my statements and I see where they’ve been taking 40 out of my account every month so I called and say look guys I need a refund you guys obviously didn’t know I didn’t want a subscription and have been charging me. They’re reply “ Brandon, ( guy I helped) had decided to continue with consults so we did the option to save you the most money. “ I was pissed . I again verbally told them stop charging my card I don’t want this service!! Then the kicker.. “ if you want to cancel your subscription then it’s 69.99( ish) and we can cancel it. I just said screw it as it had drained that account anyway and forgot after 2 months had passed. We’ll I got a payment yesterday from platform online and it took all of it, they are still taking that stuff out and refuse to cancel unless I pay $70 more dollars in addition to the 40 they took moments before for a service I didn’t want. STAY AWAY!!!!!! All those five star ratings are bought. Do not fall for this!
