delivered on time and all 'bits & bobs' included as shown (and a great new 'toy' as my wife puts it!)

Ordered a laptop and the delivery was made whilst I was on holiday and left by the door, unfortunately when i arrived home the parcel was taken, I was asked to report to the police check cctv from the neighbours and done all of the above when asking for further updates I was told they checked Rightmove and the area was fine, contractors were working at my property and the streets upgrading drainage at the back of the houses I was also asked to see if they had taken it, when I informed TekShop they haven’t been any help just making out it’s my issue as I was away and the door is a safe place to leave it, so just for you to be aware if you’re parcel gets taken they will not accept any responsibility and leave you out of pocket, when it should have been re delivered or left with a neighbour. Will never order again from this site.Just to add a reply Mark when you have contractors at the property not hired by yourself it’s not a safe place, an estate with access to the garden front back and sides most people with half a brain wouldn’t consider safe either, I requested you to block the laptop so it couldn’t be used, so to say it’s apparently been taken when asking for it to be blocked makes sense does it? Please tell the truth you left it outside with contractors working at a property when I was on holiday that you call safe in an easy accessible place, not with numerous neighbours on the estate it could have been given to. Shocking Company so don’t use words apparently when you have left me out of pocket absolute idiot of a boy

UPDATE: There was a problem with the mouse and keyboard not working reliably. TEKshop gave good advice to remedy this.

Value for money

Item was sent royal mail first class and by over a week unfortunately it had not arrived. Disappointing although customer service did promptly refund me.

Great price and product beautifully packaged. Clearly never been opened.

Decided to go back to using Currys as the Tekshop idea of grade A is my idea of grade C, rubbish store.

Respone to Mark I did come back to Tekshop and very unhelpful. I was told grade A would have marks and scratches. Currys laptops are always perfect!!!!

I purchased a Dell laptop which did not suit my requirements - Tekshop co-operated and allowed me to return it with a full refund. I proceeded to purchase another laptop [Asus Zenbook] from Tekshop. I am very satisfied with the Asus laptop. Customer service and comunication with Tekshop was excellent.

Straight forward purchase.
