My computer broke down and I was rapidly forced to figure out how to find another one that was able to be shipped rapidly and fit the bill. I found a computer and reviewed pricing across various sources and found Tekshop to have the best price about 100 pounds less than Curry's which was super helpful considering how it was unplanned. They immediately shipped it out, and the DPD service had an issue finding our place but quickly delivered it after we provided our what.three.words to Tekshop customer service. They had consistent communication and the driver was also super once they had the helpful information. Overall a very positive experience.

Happy what I bought from the seller as I needed to upgrade my old laptop. This laptop meets my expectation, and it was on sale. The item arrived two days later. It was brand new and in excellent condition. The laptop looks premium and solid. I definitely recommend this seller for letting me know in advance about the delivery date. Bought the Acer Predator Helios 16 PH16-72 and it was a GREAT laptop at an AMAZING price. I was unsure at firsr but ever since I haven't regretted it even once for the past 5 months. Recently had an issue with it but Tekshop was swift with fixing it (SSD related issue) and sending it back in top notch condition.
Well impressed and very happy! 100% buying with them again in future. I'd like to also personally thank Paul and Danny for their amazing customer support and upbeat demeanor! I appreciate you legends especially! (Review got deleted before not sure why)

The laptop arrived quickly. Correct model. A couple tiny scratches on the frame but barely noticeable. Battery etc. in perfect condition. For all intents and purposes brand new current generation laptop for peanuts (£370 with 1st time buy discount). Very happy.
