Missing drivers made pc set-up a misery!
The new pc I ordered came with a cordless keyboard and mouse - unfortunately it did NOT come with the drivers - which meant I could not set it up.
Turned out a blooming nightmare!

Poor Quality and Poor Customer Support
I bought a HP Spectre x360 16-f1500na 16" 3K+ Touchscreen Laptop from TEKshop on Amazon. About two months after purchase, the laptop began to freeze regularly, with the system becoming completely unresponsive. This happened when the laptop was in use and when unattended. I did contact the seller, but they were not very helpful and merely said, "That sounds like a software issue". I eventually gave up and bought a new laptop. The Spectra laptop now acts as a spare. All in all, a lot of money over £1000.00 for a spare laptop that regularly freezes. I wouldn't use TEKshop again or advise anyone to do so. Basically, a case of buyer beware. I can't leave a seller review on Amazon, which may be why the seller gets a 84% rating on the site.

This is very disingenuous John - you purchased this laptop September 2024 and contacted us with an issue January 2025. We did basic software troubleshooting as is the norm and made clear that if that failed we would get it back to have a look at it for you (as it was at this point under warranty). You never came back to us - so we fail to see what we could have done differently. And the reason you can't leave a seller review is because the purchase was over 12 months ago! Please contact us if you want help and advice, though it's unfortunate you decided not to come back to us at the time, as it could have been fixed under warranty. Mark @TEKshop

Danny at Tekshop was brilliant
Danny at Tekshop was brilliant. After having had a bad experience on e-bay with a private seller aka scammer I was worried about getting another second hand laptop but Tek Shop were totally professional and everything was received well packaged, exactly as described and with no fuss at all. 6 months on my son is delighted with his laptop. Excellent company, will be using them again.

Great service!
Initially there was an error when the website failed to fully complete the order. However, a quick email to TEKSHOP support who were very apologetic and they sorted it out straight away. Even though I'd now missed the Friday next day delivery they expressed the laptop to me as a weekend delivery! The laptop itself is a refurb B grade so I wasn't sure what to expect. However I need not have been worried, the laptop is pristine barring a minor cosmetic dent whish I didn't even notice to start with. Would definitely use TEKSHOP again.

satisfied first time customer
I found TEKshop online and my first purchase was a great success. The product descriptions on the website make it easy to choose a laptop even if I'm not hugely technical and the Asus laptop I chose arrived earlier than expected and perfectly packaged. I chose a grade A product and the saving was around £1,000 as compared to buying it new. I've been using it for 2 weeks now and you couldn't tell the difference between my laptop and a brand new one. I'm hugely satisfied with TEKshop and no doubt I will buy more tech products from it.
