Opened an article on the best Garmin deals and sales for August 2024. The Article was publish on the 1st August

The models they list are all archived products by Garmin. None of them are current models. For example, the Forerunner 935 and Vivosmart were was launched in 2017. forerunner 645 in 2018.
There are some that were launched in 2021, but these also have been replaced.

If they are going show products, at least make sure they are not archived models that have been replaced multiple times.

Perhaps its because they get affiliated payments from Amazon, in which case their is bias towards money and not giving the best advice, price and products.

If you are looking for a deal on a current model the Epix Pro 47mm (Gen 2) sapphire is available at AMJ Watches for £479. This is a current model normally over £800

Amazon extension with poor editorial, amateurish almost.

There are so many adds on the site that it has become unreadable. Visiting the site is like being in a cloud of gnats. I spend far more time closing ads than reading the article. Site is worthless because of it.

I have seen countless articles from techradar over the years, and I STILL have not seen a SINGLE one that is at least half decent. Absolutely all of them, no matter the category, are horrible. It's like techradar specifically hires people who have absolutely no idea what they're talking about, fanboys, and people who defend anti-consumer practices. Seriously, they get even the most basic things about tech wrong. There's also no comment section to criticize the articles, or any way to report articles for their awful misinformation.

The only way you get a real review from this website? Who knows!? All their reviews are totally nonsense and obviously paid ads. Why does Google keep listing their articles?

I signed up to Trustpilot just for this. In this day and age I can't believe there is a website like TechRadar.. a say nothing, mean nothing fluff review site masquerading as a legitimate tech review and industry site. There is no critical eye here, no credible and respected tech industry analysts, only a site designed just to say just enough of kinda of positive stuff about just OK or mediocre items that even half mind tech followers would pass on for superior products, so that you click on their affiliate links to buy items. They reviewed a Creative Labs (yes that Creative Labs of used to be good long ago, but now almost ill relevant) pair of ear buds. Ear buds i passed up as a overpriced mediocre me to product, after trying out much better ear buds from several known and unknown brands. Don't get me wrong as I used to be one of Creative labs biggest fans but there is nothing they offer these days that can't be bought from other manufactures for usually much less. This is the general consensus. TechRadar is full of positive reviews of this type of gear. Hard pass!

Literal garbage content with no actual clue of tech. No basic grasp of anything tech related. Can't even get the product names they're comparing right. Go check out the 7800X3D vs 14900k review where they proclaim the latter the "winner" with "evidence" that doesn't seem to align to the rest of industry, ignoring power usage completely. They picture the Ryzen 7 box and then immediately list it in text as an Intel core i5 13600k. Never trust a word on this site.

Es totalmente una estafa. No sé, ni por dónde empezar. Con qué el imate pro X2, compite con el Iphone!! será en otro mundo paralelo. El iMate, está totalmente obsoleto, no puedes descargar muchas app, va súper lento, se queda sin batería enseguida, no he podido confirmar compras ni pagos.. Ni descargar aplicaciones necesarias para mí trabajo, más que nada, porque no existen, no se encuentran en esta play store. Es todo un engaño y una mentira. Me he tenido, que comprar otro móvil. Porque, por mi trabajo, necesito operatividad. Estoy pensando en tomar medidas. Si leéis esto, no se os ocurra comprar nada, en esta página. Y mucho menos, un imate Pro X2.

Site keeps crashing reviews not what they used to be all very poor lost the plot

Esta empresa sigue estafando y aparece todavía en la web vendiendo su iMate Pro X2, que no es tal, sino una porquería de móvil que no responde a lo que publicitan en su web y nadie hace nada.
No sé si desde Trustpilot podrían ayudarnos a constituir una plataforma de afectados para acabar con estas prácticas.
Quizá una denuncia colectiva, podría ser otra opción.
Encima, tienen la caradura de poner tres opiniones de tres usuarios, posiblemente inexistentes. ¿A que tú no puedes poner la tuya?
Y siguen haciendo de las suyas. Pandilla de ladrones....

Me sorprende que no hagan nada con una empresa que esta robando y sigue con la publicidad vendiendo un celular i mate pro x2.
Será la ultima vez que compre alguna cosa por internet.La complicidad es grande.Me sorprende que gogle permita a esta supuesta empresa seguir estafando a la gente.

Hola, primero mienten en el tiempo de entrega, dicen unos días y se transforma en meses de esperar y cuando llegó el celular, nada que ver,le hacen creer que es de una manera y es algo totalmente desastroso,ni la batería sirve se descarga en menos de dos horas,NO hay garantía NADA de lo que ofrecen en la publicidad NO se puede reclamar a ninguna dirección

I was browsing for information on a replacement laptop; Techradars site is littered with advertising and misdirection; they say they don't take payment for reviews, but I seriously doubt that looking at the site. The information is also seriously dated. I won't be revisiting this site.

Word gerund door Microsoft fanboys. Totaal niet onderbouwd. Heb ze geblokkeerd met hun artikelen.

Compre un móvil IMate pro X2, que según la publicidad tendría 7,7 de pantalla. La realidad es que tiene 6. La batería, cargada totalmente, se agota en media hora. No incluye ninguna garantía. El manual de instrucciones, que según la publicidad, debería venir en 16 idiomas, es un triptico de 5 partes, de 6,5*10 cm.
Sin entrar en el lamentable funcionamiento del teclado (pone la letra que quiere) y su penosa lentitud, la consideración más real ES QUE ES UNA ESTAFA. 140 euros tirados a la basura, porque no pone la dirección donde se puede reclamar dicho importe y devolver la"joyita"

It must just be coincidence that nearly all of the devices they review they refer you to Amazon.
There are other retail companies out there TechRadar.

A site which used to be one of the best for tech reviews is now completely useless. I was looking for a wireless hard drive and their site came high in the google search. The title "Best wireless drives (January 2023): external hard drives without the wires" "By Matt Hanson published November 28, 2022" I expected up to date info. The reviews are actually from between 2015 and 2018 and none of the drives are manufactured now. A complete waste of time.

Terrible command of English...poor writing skills. Some sentences do not even make sense. My 8 year old grandson can compose better ad than what you do. Good luck...because you need it
