An early Christmas present for 3 young lads ..great experience!
My lad Alex had a fall after a race but the staff were super kind ..please thank Poppy and Kieran especially for their help , all the staff are very friendly and we all enjoyed food afterwards there too..v nice. Thank you all at TeamSport in Wallisdown 🏁♥️🏎

Did Preston on Thursday 4th Dec, just myself and 3 of my mates on track, after the 1st session (which was awesome) as we are all TeamSport members, the marshal offered to turn the karts up to level 4 👌
Absolutely superb, we did 4 sessions in total.
Great experience and great staff, will definitely be back.
Had exactly the same experience at Warrington, great track and great staff.

Im not sure if this review invite was meant for a specific location however I can tell you a bit more about Eastleigh and Gosport tracks. They are very different in terms of experience, layout, standards and even atmosphere that may take getting used to. Eastleigh is our home track and it has only one thing that needs improving, yes its the boys toilet 10000psi taps that would be more suitable for firefighting. Otherwise its filled with friendly dedicated like minded people that take pride in their job. Oh and karts have boost button that Gosport doesn't. Talking about Gosport... At the end of 342 session as we were leaving, we where greated by a gentleman that came a cross as a manager and he wanted to know how was our first visit. It caught me by surprise as place was buzzing with dozens of locals who where very engaged with each other. It felt very competitive. As we where the only girl there, I just wanted to say that it was an icing on the cake that he took his time to have a chat with us knowing that we are new to Gosport track. We are definitely coming back. Thank you

Will, our race host in Harlow, was brilliant. Easy going, had a good laugh with us and had a passion for racing! My step son and daughter had never done this before so was on hand to assist, as were all the staff, at all times.

Very disappointing. Started late and had two sessions during which no one in the group was able to get a single clean lap without flags or stoppages. Partly due to other drivers, but also Marshall's eager to give out penalties. Karted a lot in the past, never experienced anything this bad before. Very little sympathy from management.

We ran up allot of credit due to bulk booking, not a problem will eventually book the slots they have in the small print that even though the credit is on your account, it's your money, they will claw it back.

Lesson learned don't spend £100s in a single transaction. Single book. But then found an alternative company who wanted the business and guaranteed if your on credit its your money on account.

They also reset the amount of free hours accrued.

Bottom line single book if you want to race again do it that week. If you want to invest in a sport find a firm that doesn't use your credit and your accrued hours as some sort of bonus system.

Love coming here however your booking system really is useless. Time and time again we have to ring or use live chat as we can’t book members / adults onto the same sessions / family sessions. Makes booking very hard work

Horrible! I booked the Family Experience for 12 people for my son and his friends on Sunday 9th of November, in order to celebrate his birthday. Two 15 minutes racing sessions were booked. The first session was interrupted constantly by one of the track staff who started shouting at the children for 'not listenting to instructions'. He then finished the session earlier than planned, gathered the children and started giving them a lecture in a very rough way about them not listening to instructions, and threatening to cancel the rest of the booking if 'only 1 child does not execute instructuions accurately'. My son was very distressed from this treatement, and he started crying and was very upset.
I reported this complaint by phone to TeamSport on Tuesday 11th of November, and I was told someone will come back to me within 72 hours. Five days later, nothing happened, and I did not even receive any feedback.
After paying a significant amount for my son to have a happy and unforgettable birthday event, unfortunately the event was unforgettable in a negative way, and was probably the worst birthday event he ever had. He never was shouted at and threatened that his birthday parry would be cancelled ever in his (or in my life)! I would definitely never go back, and will definitely recommend against anyone booking this venue, after this appalling and horrific treatement.

We were a bit late due to an accident on motorway but the staff got us sorted quickly which was great as we really didn't think we'd be able to join. Good venue,gear and facilities, staff all professional so overall a great experience. My only niggle is that we were not told about the boost button which I only found out about when I noticed it in the second session and asked one of the marshalls.

Staff are great and fun to talk with. Super helpful for best racing technique and strategies.

We signed up as club members as a group and so far the staff have been great, facilities are great. Staff call out issues straight away and correct those who are not adhering to the rules.

Online chat team Dani, was fantastic and efficient with my request and I didn't need to call up just simple text. Thank you so much. Even when I rang up they were lovely and pacient.

The website is super difficult to book anything under, nothing makes sense, I asked an agent to help me which was quite helpful and I booked a slot for around 8:30ish in Hull for Thursday 23rd October . Unfortunately when I got there, they informed me that it was booked under adult slots and I had 3 children with me and they didn’t have any junior slots this evening which is fine and I can accept.

I have then asked for a refund so I can take my nephew else where for his birthday, they have refused this and state they have a no refund policy. I explained that I have children that have a birthday and need something doing tonight for him at another place or the following week somewhere else as we won’t be in hull , the manager at the time stating she has spoken to the general manager in Hull which I think is called “Harleen” not too sure and apparently GM said no, no refund and that even if I wanted my money back I wouldn’t have it for 5 to 10 days so what difference does it make to me. The difference it makes is that I have 3 children and you are refusing a service and refusing to give me back £100 in cash so I can use elsewhere especially in this economy and I found it rude that the GM said “well even if you got refunded, you couldn’t use the money else where as it would take a few days to go back to your back” shame on you for talking about how I should manage my money and ruining a little boys birthday. I was really disappointed, birthday boy was visibly upset in the car even though he was trying to hide it.

It’s a shame that this is an entertainment company and they really could have easily accommodated me and gave me my money back so I could take the children else where for their birthday but no, Harleen couldn’t care less or the staff.

I really don’t recommend this place.

The staff at Crawley are very friendly, especially crissy w who was very polite and very good to have a joke with. The track itself is such an adrenaline rush! Going down steep hills turning for the corners, it’s such an amazing track to come to, one of the best in TeamSport.

Defo recommend and will be coming back!

came slightly late. the most unhelpful staff i have ever encountered and i include budget airlines in that assertion. manager of watford branch was proudly totally uninterested in accommadating me and the lower level staff were unable to help. a brick wall would be more understanding. if there would be an option for 0 star i would top the list. no karting for me.. Shame on you

Staff were absolutely fantastic at the Gosport track, the track is also great, my only two issues are that the Karts they have at the Gosport track really are awful, I raced three times this evening and I had two different Karts completely cut out on me, the third kart I used, the steering was so stiff that I really struggled to even turn the Kart, as a regular visitor, I find this deeply frustrating. My second issue is that the building really needs some TLC, with lights not working and general tatty defects, the facility was clean but just a bit outdated

Alfie at teamsport Wycombe was great help, really made my experience at teamsport Wycombe a lot better.
