The karting was great track staff where wonderful and had a wonderful chat with Nathan from the bar

Accidentally booked for the wrong day, called the callcentre straight up, speak to an agent and she after some discussion agrees that I can get a refund.

A call back from the agent 10 minutes later and they change their mind. Actually we wont refund you. We will offer you a credit.

I ask to speak to a manager to be told that 'they don't speak to customers'

I clearly tell the agent that I will be making a complaint to my bank and to the company as she cant possibly call me back having changed her mind.

Awful awful business to deal with...When I start to record the call (as they record mine) she ends the call saying that I am not allowed.

Dont give these people your money, its going towards the worst possible company morals.

Shame I never got to tell them that the reason it was booked on the wrong date was dyslexia in one of the party. A disability. They couldnt care less.

I have 2 kids in the academy and spend thousands a year and they charged me a admin fee to move a session accidentally booked.

It's only £2.75, but it's the principle. I have spent thousands with them. Took them 5 secs to move the booking and that warrants £2.75???

I know its their policy, and could understand if I was just booking a 1 off session, but I have been taking my 2 kids for a year now and spend £20-30 on food a drinks every Sunday I go, as well as the £25.50 per kid, per session.

Very good karting and enjoyed the competition! Would recommend for people who enjoy racing

After many years of being a loyal (as well as a courteous and rule-abiding) customer, I suddenly got an email after our last session saying "we regret to inform you that a Formal Warning has been issued to you regarding your conduct at our Watford circuit". Not only had I done nothing wrong, but as per usual I hadn't even received any warnings or black flags. I was just racing in a family session with my son.
Their officious, patronising email provided no details, no evidence of any wrongdoing, and went on to tell me how I'm not allowed to call them to discuss it, and if I want to appeal then it has to be via email. I did so, and weeks later they haven't ordained to reply.
How dare anyone treat their customers with such discourtesy and disresepect. Until they retract it, and apologise, they have lost mine and my extended family's business.

Quick review to thank Jamie and his female colleague for two of the best customer service interactions I've had in recent memory. In a CS world over run by bots and "AI" you guys were a breath of fresh air. Thanks so much for your help resolving my issue. Friendly, efficient and super helpful.

I used to love this place until I took my son and they lumped us in with a group of animals. They talked through the briefing and ignored the lights. I was hit at speed four times on an orange light and the staff did nothing. In the end we quit after the first session and I was offered a refund due to the staff agreeing the party were our of order. I have massive pain in my back and neck from the impact. I knew it was going to be this way as members of said party kept nutting me and my son and each of their while waiting to get in our karts. To let people behave this way in full view of everyone is negligent and I'm glad we took videos because I'm taking this further with a solicitor. We've been here many times but never again

The team at Reading were so lovely even though I was terrible at E-karting they were so nice about my extremely poor skills

What is all this code rubbish about.
Why can we not just book normally instead of having 40 digit codes that don’t mean anything.
25% discounts on Boxing Day gives you a code then book the slot gives you a code then doesn’t take the Boxing Day code off !!!! What is going on

Very well organised, good staffing. Would have liked to see some white markings before the bends as it was quite dark in some parts of the track and I couldn’t make out the bends when they came in multiples! Great fun though

Awful. Booked a kids karting party here in July. Was ok, except woefully understaffed (no-one in the cafe, literally a single Marshall on track). However booked some race again vouchers hoping for a better follow up. The vouchers are so heavily restricted (none of which they tell you when you pay for them) that it’s difficult to use them. Customer service staff have no interest in helping you out. Looking at the reviews on here, a lot of people seem to have had similar problems with vouchers and red letter day experiences being heavily restricted on use. Terrible. Don’t go. If you do go, don’t EVER buy a voucher from them unless you like completely wasting your money. Horrible company

The video camera did not work, and no video was provided after the karting session.

The staff were unprofessional and gave rude looks, which made the experience uncomfortable. A deposit was taken in advance over the phone, and we were told the price was £30 per person. However, when we arrived, we were charged an additional £19+ per person without this being clearly explained beforehand.

This lack of transparency felt misleading. Despite asking about the charges, the information given over the phone did not match what we were charged on arrival.

Overall, it was a very disappointing experience for me and my friends. Due to the poor customer service, unclear pricing, and failure to provide the promised video, we would not recommend this place and would not return.

Always a great time at Team Sport Edmonton. Had a lot of fun karting tonight and Verdi was a fantastic host and made the night even better! 10/10 fun!!

Pricing is disgraceful for a 15 year old.
My 15 year old has to pay full adult price but when he goes to college he can get a student discount.
Whoever is doing the pricing structure needs to have a rethink on those between 13 and 15 years old.

If I could give zero stars i would. Bought 2 x red letter days for our kids for karting near us with a 12 month length on them for use with team sport uk only to be told that even though the voucher runs out on 23rd December 2025 sorry we don't honor them in December so DO NOT BUY a voucher for use with team sport uk because you'll think your getting a year to use it your not. Phoned team sport uk to have the phone put down on me TWICE this is not how you conduct a business, once again DO NOT BUY A VOUCHER FOR TEAM SPORT UK KARTING you will not be left with a pleasant ending deeply disappointed is an understatement.

We found Teamsport Crawley after being invited to a birthday party and since them my son has raved about Teamsport. We took him for his birthday and I was able to see how helpful Karting was to him, we were told about the Race Academy and week after week we kept returning, my anxious child was feeling safe and confident in a space that would usually be very hard to navigate. Poppy has been incredible in supporting my son, Management have been overly helpful, and Chrissie is priceless. I am hoping that my son can over come some of the challenges he has, but it is not without incredible adjustments and support by this team. Thank you for creating a space where we feel that we belong

My son has completed over 4,500 laps on the Gosport circuit and we've been regulars since May this year. The staff always interact with us and we've gotten to know them all really well. They are always friendly and accommodating, and they've helped develop my son's racing that he is now one of the fastest on track through their training academy and race league. They also keep us informed on different events approaching.
