Teaching Personnel Anmeldelser

I would like to share my very positive experience. I am truly grateful to everyone I work with at the agency for their support and cooperation. I especially enjoy working with Jordan and Ruby in Surrey and the surrounding areas. I look forward to continuing my work with the agency, gaining valuable experience, and taking on new and exciting opportunities.

have had a good experience working with Teaching Personnel. The staff are friendly, supportive, and always try their best to help. I appreciate the opportunities they provide and their communication with teachers.

However, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. I still can’t access my timesheet, which has been frustrating. Also, I usually work on Mondays and Tuesdays because I spend the other three days attending teacher training, but I don’t always receive work on those two available days. I would appreciate more consistent job placements when I am available.

Overall, I am happy with Teaching Personnel and would recommend them because they are supportive and genuinely care about helping their staff.

Working with Teaching Personnel as a supply Teaching Assistant has been a fantastic experience. A huge thank you to Nilam, who has been an incredible point of contact. She is consistently helpful, friendly, and efficient at securing relevant placements. Couldn't ask for a better consultant!

Today marks the end of my journey with the agency after 2.5 years, and I just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who has been part of it.

A special thank you to Sophie, who helped me secure the role at my current school last year and has been such a supportive, encouraging, and reliable person throughout this year. Your belief in me and the time you’ve taken to help me has meant more than you probably realise.

I’d also like to thank the rest of the team for all of your support, guidance, and kindness over the past couple of years. Every conversation, check-in, and opportunity you’ve given me has played a part in my journey.

As I move into my new role with the school from September, I’m excited for what’s ahead, but I’ll always be grateful for the part you’ve all played in helping me get there.

Wishing everyone at the agency continued success and good health, and thank you again for everything. I’ll always look back on my time with you with appreciation. 💙

I would highly recommend Teaching Personnel, especially Naiya M, who has been absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process.

I was looking to move into an LSA role as part of a career change, and Naiya really listened to what I was looking for. She understood the type of school setting that would suit me, the hours I needed, and the importance of finding a role that worked around my family life.

She was supportive, friendly, professional and very flexible. She kept me updated, guided me through the process and helped me secure a role that feels like the right fit for me. I really appreciated how approachable and helpful she was from start to finish.

Thank you, Naiya M and Teaching Personnel, for making a big career change feel much less daunting.

Jordan was very helpful and positive. I was experiencing some ICT/ Admin issues with the on-boarding process which was causing delays but he was very professional, patient and understanding and as well as being optimistic in helping me secure work. He kept in regular contact and assured me he would do his best to help my find a suitable position. I secured a position independently in the end but if I am ever looking for work again, Jordan and Teaching Personnel will be the first number I call.

I recently registered with Teaching Personnel, and my experience so far has been extremely positive.
I would especially like to thank Jessica Preston for all her support and guidance. Jessica made the registration process feel simple and stress-free. She was incredibly friendly, approachable, and professional from the very beginning. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and always made me feel supported and valued.
I would highly recommend Teaching Personnel to anyone looking for a supportive and professional recruitment agency.

I have just signed up with Teaching Personnel and my experience so far has been fantastic. Maisy is bubbly and lovely to deal with, she has made the process so clear and easy and is there to support you every step of the way. Even though I have just signed up, I have already been informed of many opportunities by Maisy and Beth (who is also brilliant)

I would like bring attention to Meghan Pradhan - Vetting Consultant and Jordan Champan - Branch Manager, for their support and guidance in reference to submitting the required documents throughout the recruitment process.

Both have demonstrated exemplary professionalism, empathy, support and guidance to ensure documentation was submitted accordingly through a difficult time.

As a neurodivergent person I was truly taken back by them.

I hope this messages reaches the appropriate channels for acknowledgement and praise

I highly recommend Teaching Personnel in Birmingham. They have been incredibly supportive in helping me find a teaching role, and they continue to assist me in finding new opportunities.

A special thank you to Michael, Megan, and Pavan, who have been friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. Their communication has always been excellent, and they have taken the time to understand my needs and provide valuable guidance.

Teaching Personnel is an efficient and reliable agency that genuinely cares about its candidates. I am very grateful for their continued support and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and trustworthy recruitment agency.

Working with Teaching Personnel has been a great experience. Andrew Gilbert has been absolutely brilliant at finding WPS both day-to-day and long-term roles that support both our curriculum and School values. Teaching Personnel handle all the admin seamlessly and are always available to answer queries promptly 24/7. Highly recommended!

After being with this agency a number of years I have over the last few months had voice messages for different people but not for me I have emailed all the team in Manchester . They seem to fob you off about work or promise you the earth and then nothing comes of any work . One week they say they have work in mind for you and the following week nothing. A few times I have been offered work also to do a trail shift for free . No way thank you . Keep away from this agency they mess you about and never follow up what they promised you .

I have recently signed up with Teaching Personnel and have found the whole process really positive. Maisy- Lou in the Cardiff branch has been so helpful and has really taken the time the get to know me and what I am looking for and I am looking forward to this next journey with them.

I have been with teaching personnel for a year now, and with the help of Harry Ford (Brighton) I have found an amazing job in a SEMH school. He really took the time to understand and get to know me, to ensure I was put in the correct placement. He has kept in contact throughout my time, making sure I am personally happy with the placement and to get updates on how things are going. This shows me that he cares and respects me.

Teaching personnel have been a massive help in the process of getting signed up/ off. Very friendly and helpful staff that always got back to me fast with any queries I've had along the way.

I would recommend them to anyone looking to get into working in Education!

I've never had such continuous harassment, such interference in my personal and private life and such strict security checks carried out in order to not register on an 'educational recruitment' site. I wonder if this sort of treatment is commonplace, or is it just me? Do people accept this sort of treatment as acceptable, even normal? Is all my personal information retained and used against me as evidence? Does this company fail to register all its applicants? Are these reviews fake? Are there no teaching vacancies available? Nothing surprises me any more. I am a professional, qualified teacher with over thirty-years experience in ten different countries all over the world. I have tried continuously to register with this site for months, and they never accept my registration. Is this normal? Do NOT try to register with this agency.

I had the pleasure of working with Maisy-Lou Barry while searching for a role within a primary school.
From the very beginning, Maisy was kind, approachable, and exceptionally professional. She consistently demonstrated a supportive and encouraging attitude, which made the entire process feel much more manageable and positive. Her communication was always clear and timely, and she took the time to understand my preferences and goals in order to match me with suitable opportunities.
Maisy was also incredibly helpful whenever I encountered any technical issues or had questions. She was always patient, responsive, and more than happy to assist, ensuring that nothing became overwhelming or confusing.
Overall, Maisy’s dedication, professionalism, and genuine care made a real difference to my experience.

So Quick and easy to deal with.
Morgan made my transition from a permanent job to Agency work first class.
Everyone at TP are always happy to help and so friendly.
Putting my mind at ease.
Emails are always answered or forwarded literally as soon as the office opens the next day.
Best move I made and definitely the right company.

I have just signed up with Teaching Personnel with Millie and the whole process has been excellent so far. I was signed with another agency so know the difference between an average agency and an excellent one! Millie is super professional, very friendly, open and honest and is spot on with her communication. It was a very easy application process, with no doubt from my end that I had chosen the right agency to work with. I am really looking forward to starting work with them and was offered a placement the day I was cleared for work! Amazing! Thank you for a very positive start and would recommend to anyone looking for a top agency 😊

After working for Teaching Personnel for years quite some time ago, this is how they've treated my recent application.
Apparently, they don't even have a record of the work I did for them.
Maybe they're now ageist as well as unprofessional.
They used to be a reputable organisation. No longer.

Dear Sophie,
Thank you for your interest in working with us and for taking the time to share your profile.
After careful consideration, our Head Consultant has decided not to move forward with your application, as you do not have tutoring experience in recent years and your previous experience was quite a time ago.
As a result, we regret to inform you that we are unable to proceed further with your profile at this time.
