Teaching Personnel Anmeldelser

Izzy was great in the process of me getting into this job, she was lovely and helped me a lot and i couldn’t be more thankful!!

I’ve been with teaching personnel since start of January and they have been amazing. Beth Fortey and Ellie Uphill have both been so kind, reliable and understanding with me. It’s great pay and extremely flexible which has been so helpful with me also being at uni. Beth has went above and beyond for me and booked me long term on an amazing school which has by far been the best job I’ve ever had.
Would highly recommend!! ❤️

Lowri has been amazing since I’ve started working at teaching personnel. She’s patient kind and caring I couldn’t ask for anyone better!

I have had such an amazing experience with teaching personnel, Lowri made the onboarding process so easy and being able to work whenever I’m free has been so convenient. Having the agency check up on me has been lovely - I would really recommend:)

I have always found Teaching Personnel to be helpful, professional and reliable in what, clearly, can be a pressurised and stressful environment.

Unfortunately, I haven’t had the good experience others seem to have had. I was booked for a job all was going well, positive feedback from Teaching Personnel and the school, until I gave my notice as found a permanent job. My notice was well over what I contractually had to give but was happy to do so to allow the school to get someone else in place. I then went in the next week as agreed within the notice to find TP had booked someone else in without informing me and I have still not been paid for the job. When discussing this with the agency I was lied too and told I had let the agency, the school and the children down by leaving. This was a short term supply job which was already due to end shortly after I gave notice. I had a much more positive experience with the agency Time plan who had me out within days and paid that same week.

I recently started working with the Teaching Personnel and received an amazing opportunity from this company. Millie Crocker, my recruitment consultant, provided me with significant support to make the recruitment process smoother. It was a hassle-free and quick process, and now I am really enjoying my new role as a Teaching Assistant. I highly recommend this organisation to anyone in the teaching profession who is seeking a meaningful and positive change in their career.

Harry Ford is a fantastic agent who I’ve relied on for the last 12+ months. He successfully handled a couple of different placements for me. Thanks to his help and regular communication, I’ve now transitioned into full-time employment. I highly recommend Harry to anyone looking for an agent who genuinely delivers.

Luisa Cafaro have been amazing with me regular phones calls while all my documents was going through, making sure everything was going okay. Soon as I was cleared I was straight into work and booked up. I really recommend this agency and all the other staff was amazing

If you’re black or Asian, don’t apply for this job. They are very racist calling you for the interview and only employing white people you can tell by the pictures they post. Based in the most cultural area in Cardiff and only employee in white members of staff absolutely racist business. If you check the business owners Facebook all the employees are white absolute waste of time. Name of business owner LEWIS JAMES ELLIS

Shiv Pancholi the branch manager was so supportive with the entire process. Initially, I was feeling wary about full-class cover teaching and was looking into completing TA work instead, but with his encouragement and honesty I felt confident going into the selected schools and had an excellent experience. The company is very responsive and when there are any issues with a school (not suited to you personally, etc) they provide the necessary support and ensure that you are checked on. I have recommended Teaching Personnel to other teachers who have been on the same cover assignments as the schools that I went to. I would return to work for them again if I was no longer interested in full time employment. They also support with longer term roles that come up.

Jess has been absolutely amazing and has truly gone above and beyond for me. She’s been incredibly kind, patient and understanding, always there to help with my worries and take the time to talk everything through. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble for her, and her support has made such a positive difference. I’m so grateful for everything she’s done — a real credit to Teaching Personnel.

’ve been with TP for the past 5 months now and have felt nothing but support since the start at the initial meeting with Harry Ford (Brighton SEN branch). He found a role suitable for me and I was placed in a long-term job within a week of joining. Whilst on the job Harry continued to keep regular communication and check ins, which has helped if I’ve had a question or query. I’ve also enjoyed furthering myself on the online courses that they offer.

Thank you Harry for making agency work less stressful and helping me to further my career.

I have worked with teaching personnel for 4 months and have been extremely impressed. Jordan woolnough whom I’ve been liaising with is professional and always available for advice. I’ve had regular work without any issues and that’s led me to have a permanent role
10/10 recommend!

I have been with teaching personnel since 2004 to 2008 . I worked as a supply teacher . An excellent agency . Staff are great , helpful . Always made it a point to find work for me .

I rejoined teaching Personnel in 2020 as a tutor . Staff are great and very helpful , kind and courteous . Emma , Ashleigh . Bethany , Kane , Jake , Tripp have all been very instrumental in my journey . God bless ! As excellent agency to work with . Very happy with their services .

Hope was extremely helpful and understanding when helping to secure me a role. Moving back from London to Manchester made it difficult for me to meet face to face with teachers, but Hope was understanding of this and was very flexible.

I’ve been working with Teaching Personnel for around 2 years now and I have to say the West London Team do a fantastic job with helping me find work that suit my needs. Lauren is very very helpful and communicates well with me regarding roles and daily work. She provides feedback and is reliable with bookings.

Missy has been amazing with staying patient and helping me through the vetting process. Hopefully can get everything lined up for the new year onwards. The whole process Missy has broken down the steps and guided me through the appropriate stages which has made me understand clearly on how to get the appropriate documentation in .

Thank you Missy I’m excited to see what you have lined up for me.

I’ve started work full time in September honestly the best decision highly recommend working with Teaching Personnel. I’m enjoying it I always have work! It’s perfect!

I signed up with Teaching Personnel in September and was looking for a long term supply role. Joe Wragg has been fantastic and found me one very quickly. He has always been very helpful and replies quickly! Would definitely recommend!
