Working with this Teacher Horizons has been a game-changer. They consistently provided excellent candidates who aligned perfectly with our needs and vision. Their team is incredibly supportive, responsive day or night, and truly committed to our success. We couldn’t ask for a better partner in recruitment.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Joanna de Beer from Teacher Horizons, and I cannot speak highly enough of the support, effort, and communication she provided throughout the entire process. Joanna was exceptional — incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and proactive every step of the way.

What truly sets Teacher Horizons apart from the larger, database-driven job sites is the personalized service. It’s not just a platform — it’s a partnership. The service was completely free, yet the level of care and individual attention I received was outstanding. Joanna took the time to understand my context and goals, and she was always available to answer questions, offer guidance, and check in. Her communication was timely, clear, and encouraging, which made the whole process feel smooth and supportive.

Thanks to Joanna’s professionalism, warmth, and genuine commitment, I felt completely supported and well-informed throughout. She’s a real asset to Teacher Horizons and a shining example of what excellent recruitment support should be.

Highly recommended!

Teacher Horizons have always been friendly and professional, providing lots of interesting job positions to apply for. I got my last job in 2024 through TH as HOD at a school in South America and it was a smooth process.

Teacher Horizons were very helpful, caring and attentive throughout my search for International School Teaching positions recently. Excellent and timely communication throughout the whole process from start to finish, and they were able to answer any questions I had.

10/10, would gladly recommend Teacher Horizons to anyone.

The services are FREE. The only things that Teacher Horizons requires is for you to interview with their advisors, familiarize yourself with international interview process (I had 2-3 interviews with different people from the schools I interviewed with), and keep Teacher Horizon posted on those interviews and if you sign a contract. It was all simple! (WARNING: if you renege on the contract, you will owe...please read the fineprint).

I had the most wonderful experience working Teacher Horizons. Alison was especially helpful and coached me through my interviews. I would highly recommend using Teacher Horizons for your next move!

Working with the Teacher Horizons Team was a fantastic experience. They were considerate and caring and extremely helpful. Not only did they give me great tips on how to prepare for interviews but also followed up and nudged schools when waiting for feedback. I was successfully placed at a school of my choice, and I would definitely use them again in the future.

Teacher Horizons help you through every step of finding the perfect teaching job. Right from the start they assign someone to meet with you over skpe (or similar platform) to discuss what your strengths are, what you are looking for etc. In my case this was Helen who has been so kind and helpful in helping me find my dream job. They then use this information to help recommend you to schools and suggest different jobs for you. All of this is done for free. It males it such an easy and stress free process. Thank you so much.

Teacher Horizons has been incredibly helpful to both me and my wife, who is also a teacher. Their dedicated team offers valuable insights and practical advice, making the process of finding international teaching opportunities much smoother and more manageable.

Excellent communication and first rate support.
I received 2 job offers in very senior roles and also got down to the last couple of candidates for a few other Head of Secondary roles thanks to the support and encouragement of Teachers Horizons. I would recommend the services of Jo, Tom and Caroline to any teacher or leader looking to start in the international teaching world or looking to continue their journey. I will be Vice Principal next year and I fully intend to use Teacher Horizons to assist me with recruitment and most importantly, I trust them.

My wife and I have been with other agencies before in our International Teaching career. Helen and Stephanie were professional, timeous and competent throughout the application, process and follow up. This was a smooth and pleasant experience.

Teacher Horizons were amazing from the start. I was regularly sent jobs from Jamie, and Maggie took the time to speak to me in detail and really understand what I was looking for. She was also very responsive and helpful at every stage of the application process. While I accepted a position elsewhere this time, for any future job applications, Teacher Horizons will be my first port of call.

Teacher Horizons is the BOMB DOT COM!!! They have a wonderful and user-friendly website, enormous database of schools all over the world, and an incredibly helpful and supportive staff. I can’t recommend them enough. I was in frequent contact with my representative, Maggie. She answered questions, made suggestions, and helped to prep me for the interview and the model lesson I needed to do. I just secured a great job in Colombia after only registering for the service a couple of months ago. Thanks Teacher Horizons!!

I had a fantastic experience with Teacher Horizons and highly recommend their platform to any educator looking for international opportunities. The process is straightforward: after creating a profile and uploading my documents, I was connected with an adviser who helped guide my job search.

I was fortunate to work with Helen, who carefully reviewed my applications and took the time to understand my preferences and career goals. She provided insightful feedback and helped tailor my search to find the best-fit schools. Thanks to her support, I secured two interviews within a month and even received an offer from a prestigious international school!

Teacher Horizons made the job-hunting process smooth, efficient, and stress-free. Their expertise, personalized approach, and network of top-tier schools truly set them apart. If you’re considering teaching abroad, this platform is a game-changer!

Teacher Horizons have exceeded my expectations! Jamie and Maggie have managed to help me find and secure my dream job in roughly a month. They have supported me and assisted me every step of the way and i could not recommend them more!

An excellent platform to help support International teachers to find their ideal job. On a personal not Joe who was my adviser helped me to find the right school for my needs and supported me throughout the who onboarding process.

I had a great experience with TH. Ben, my coordinator, was incredibly helpful in getting my application shortlisted. He answered all my questions and responded to emails promptly (within 24 hours). Ben assisted me in securing an interview, reviewing the job offer, and provided encouragement and valuable information throughout the process. From my initial application to the interview and offer review, my experience with TH has been entirely positive.

Really incredible support from Day 1. Teacher Horizons took all the difficulty out of applying and got me into conversations with the right schools, even if they were already advanced in their recruitment processes. The agents (Caroline and Joanna in my case) put my interests first throughout the process and there was no sense of them 'competing' for my signature - they were genuinely happy for me to choose the right position for my family and I. They were always on hand to give advice and to give schools a nudge if they were not responding. Honestly, this is the simplest job-hunt I have ever embarked upon and I have ended up with a Headship in a great location. Thanks to the whole team at Teacher Horizons!
