We run Build My Rig, a UK custom gaming PC business, and have been using Target Components regularly for parts and components. Ordering is straightforward and having a dedicated account manager makes a massive difference when you’re buying regularly. Richard has always been helpful with stock, pricing and sorting the odd order query quickly. We’ve also had to use the returns/RMA side of the business and communication has been good throughout. Really useful supplier to have as a growing PC builder and one we’ll continue using.

Target is a really people centered distributor. Whilst this year has been challenging for everyone in the industry, these guys have supported the channel immensely. Huge shoutout to Josh my account manager, who is an absolute pleasure to deal with.

We have been using Target since 2006 buying stock for our retail computer store. Always had good account managers who are easy to contact. Customer services is also good. On very rare occasions when we have a delivery issue Emails are answered very quick and issues resolved without having to jump through hoops like other distributors !

We have worked with Target for years and they have always been competitive. Kat, our account manager is a credit to the sales team and bends over backwards to get late orders out the door and at the best price!

Target is my one and only supplier that I use, having used Target now for many years, the quality of service has always been top tier perfect. My personal account manager Kat goes above and beyond to make sure every transaction I have with Target is smooth, one thing that keeps me using Target is the check-ins by my account manager, it's a huge bonus, a company that actually cares about how you are doing, actually asking how you are, how your business is going, checking if you need anything, it's customer service you do not see much anymore. The selection of products is outstanding, the prices are always unbeatable, I have accounts with other suppliers but Targets prices always come in cheaper, not once have I ever had a problem with Target, if a faulty part has been delivered which has happened but only once or twice, getting it resolved is never an issue, the returns process is very smooth compared to other companies. The ordering process is next level compared to other suppliers, ordering through the website which always has up to date and excellent pricing, or you call and have your phone call answered within minutes, you are never on hold for long at all, then next day delivery. Overall Target is a one stop shop for IT products which has the best customer service from any IT supplier I have ever come across.

Always found Kat and Target to be beyond helpful and courteous. Kat. particularly, can't do enough to help, which for a growing independent is an absolute godsend. We've often placed orders after 5pm and had all items rock up next day! Would recommend.

Having worked with Target Components for over twenty years I cannot fault this fantastic computer reseller. They not only carry a fantastic range of components but unlike other suppliers in the channel they support your business and go the extra mile to help. Reading a couple of the reviews left here I do not believe any them to be true and certainly not the company I know. They run a fantastic trade show every year which is free to attend if you have an account and provide many resources to help your business grow. You are given a personal account manager who always is happy to go the extra mile and the accounts and customer care departments are always just a phone call away. I have had accounts with the other major channel providers and not one comes close to Target Components. Target treat you as an individual not just another account number. I no longer buy from any other trade resellers as they are loyal to me and I am happy to return that loyalty.
