Tell me what's wrong with target. Store is open until 11pm, but the fitting rooms close at 8pm. I went to try on cloths at 8:05. Sorry, we don't care about our customers. Buy it and if it doesn't fit drive back and return it, because they don't care about customers.
Better off shopping at Marshall's. Same brands at half the price and you get to try them on.

Never buy a mattress protector from Target. I bought 2. The first one said large and it looks like it would fit a baby's crib. Also why would you sell a mattress protector and not put King, queen or twin? Large is really an opinion and not fact. The second one i spent alot of money on and it can't even zip properly. Also now when you go into the store it seems like they have nothing. You always have to order online. Target really is just a garbage can with garbage inside.

I have a quality issue with two pairs of eyeglasses purchased from Target Optical.Both pairs have developed significant delamination of the lens coating, despite being used under normal conditions. The managers visably treat employees badly even in front of customers. Do not support this store.

They fulfilled my order via a "third party target plus vendor". The tracking number is bogus and invalid. And 10 days later, still no item. It was ordered on July 22 with an eta of 6/26-6/28. It is now August 2nd and they refuse to refund me until it has been more than 10 days that the package is untraceable.
Their explanation is that the item is "already shipped". Oh yeah? Then what is the tracking number??
USPS confirms they are not in possession, no such label has been created, and the tracking number is not valid.

Chatting with incompetent agents who refuse to help. Just keep telling me to check back in 4 more business days. I needed the item 11 days ago WHEN I ORDERED IT.
You lost it, and you are refusing to acknowledge this.

This is a cautionary tale: I am currently recovering from a minor stroke and, last week, for the very first time, bought an item online to be delivered to my apt. I inadvertently transposed my apt. number. On July 29, 2026, I contacted Target about the wrong apt number and inquired about resolving this. I asked if I could receive a refund/credit, or pay an additional delivery fee to be delivered to the correct address.

I was told to contact my financial institution for a refund. My financial institution replied that Target had to issue a refund/credit.

Target customer service also said the driver noted the pkg. was delivered and took a picture of the pkg. in front of A door, not my door. Customer Service advised the transaction was closed, and the conversation abruptly and rudely ended.

The primary issue is the apt number on the package is not a number on ANY APT in this entire complex. So, the driver delivered the pkg. to a random apt that does not exist, meaning the driver mislead Target, and Target believed the driver over a longstanding customer.

On Friday, July 31, a resident in my complex kindly brought a package to the leasing office saying it was by her door, but was not hers. The leasing office contacted me, and I now have my package.

Terrible experience with Target. Purchased expensive air mattress that lasted 8 days , then started leaking. Item was only available online so no exchanging or refunds. Uncaring customer service people. Last time ever shopping at this rotten company.

First off, I love target. The prices are very reasonable and almost every time I go there I always end up buying something.
That brings me back to my point- almost. I and many others are very obsessed with squishies. So basically everytime I went they don’t have any and that’s because they are very popular. However my trip to target this time was not very good. First off I looked online to see if they had any of the squishies in stock. The target app said the peach and butter were in stock. I go to the store- nothing. I go to the price checker in the store and it said in stock. I go to customer service- nothing. My point is that I was very upset and disappointed when the store literally lied to me. But anyways other than that target is pretty much good. Jesus loves u!

If I could give zero stars I would. I will never spend another dollar with Target. They are operating a complete scam when it comes to online orders. My order was marked "delivered" by USPS, but it never arrived. There is absolutely no delivery photo, no proof of delivery, and my property cameras confirm no courier ever came to my door.When I reached out to Target's customer service, they completely stonewalled me and refused to take any responsibility. They took my money, failed to deliver the product, and are now hiding behind an automated tracking status. As a retailer, Target is contractually obligated to ensure the package actually reaches the customer's hands. Instead, they steal your money and leave you stranded.Their customer service is completely useless and actively protects their fraudulent practices. Do not trust Target with your money for online orders.

Absolutely horrible, from them selling expired food to online customers to the customer service team refusing to help with the complaints. DO NOT! ORDER ONLINE. IF YOU HAVE TOO DON'T LEAVE WITHOUT CHECKING THE EXPIRATION DATE ON EVERY ITEM. ESPECIALLY THEIR PRODUCE.

Target does not honor or refund money from third party vendors. I ordered a mattress topper online and Target refused to return this item stating it was from a third party vendor. I ordered from Target and not from a third party Vendor. Do not order online with Target.

This is about the Target on Kent Island MD. I usually like this store for nonperishable household products. But service and products having been going downhill for about the last year and a half.

Today it was nearly empty. I saw about 8 customers. The electronics area had more bare spaces than full. The whole battery section was unpriced. Books area was nearly bare.

The only cashier they had was watching the self serve area while another was getting carts from the parking lot. Totally unnecessary as there were plenty of carts inside. Poor employee scheduling. No wonder there were only 8 customers at 5:00 on a Tuesday.

I just left an overflowing cart at the register at Target. I learned Haven Ministries was having a nonperishables drive. I filled my cart with toiletries and cleaning/hygiene products.

There were no cashiers. My cart had at least $400+ worth of merchandise. I wasn't going to stand there and scan and bag all that. It's bad enough that I'd have to carry it out to my car. I'm retired. Luckily the 6 things I needed for myself I kept separate. I left the overflowing cart sitting there. Angered me. Instead of a large sale Target got $30. It will take hours to restock all the products. We have 3 Dollar stores on the island. I'd rather spend my money there because they have actual cashiers. I'm retired and I have plenty of time to spend my money.

7/27/26. Target on Marquis Parkway in Williamsburg, VA just does not care one whit about customers. The employees are untrained and unsupervised. I picked up four dental items in five minutes. There was one register open at 4:00 p.m. One cart waiting and one being checked out. Something went wrong, and the cashier began returning items one-by-one from an overloaded cart. I asked if there was another register, and she shrugged and told me to go to self checkout - where they don't take cash. I went to the returns register, there was one woman waiting and no one working. After a few minutes I said something to two Target employees happily chatting a few feet away and perfectly aware that customers were lined up and not being taken care of. The one employee huffed and stomped over to take care of the woman in front of me. In the meantime, another guy came over and checked me out. FIVE MINUTES TO FIND MY ITEMS, FIFTEEN MINUTES TO CHECK OUT.
I stopped shopping at Target six years ago because of this store. Their registers didn't honor more than half of the advertised deals, and I ended up having to check out then in at customer service. It'll be another six years before I buy anything from Target again.

HORRIBLE, THEY ALL WATCH YOU SCAN YOUR THINGS AND THEY HAVE THEIR ALARM AT THE DOOR AND EVEN IF YOU HAVE YOUR RECIET IN YOUR HAND THEY STOP AND CHECK YOU ANY WAY EMBARRASSING YOU IN FRONT OF MANY !!!!! JUST HUMILIATING I WAS SO MAD I SHOVE A LOT THERE I SPENT A LOT OF MONEY THERE AND YOU CAN BEST BET THAT'S DONE WITH!!!!!!! I DON'T KNOW IF THEY JUST PICK AND CHOOSE WHO THEY WANT TO STOP AND EMBARRASSED AND HUMILIATE BUT THAT WAS THEIR LAST FOR ME I SHOULD HAVE MADE HIM GIVE HIM MY MONEY BACK AND RETURNED ALL THE THINGS I BOUGHT!!!

We visited the Target on 16400 Beach, looking for a specialty item. We asked a nearby employee. I wish I had gotten her name. We explained what we were looking for, and when we mentioned a design detail, she looked it up on her scanner. “THAT’S IT!!”. My wife was so happy. We were sent to C16. She was really nice, and a joy. LIVE this Target !!!

Wow, I will never order anything shipped by Target again. Although I’m generally satisfied with their actual stores, my shipping experience has been a disaster. I ordered towels on July 9, so far on July 26 not only have they not been delivered, I never even receive updates from target explaining why there has been a delay or when to expect arrival of the shipment I ordered. All it was was a set of towels. So I went instead on Amazon and order the same towels for less and got them within about 12 hours. Target, take note.

Boycott Target. All of the stores. They have products produced in Jieyang China where major animal cruelty is accepted.

Bad expérience. When back they said you have an hair line scratch on the door and take the picture.(270€). But they dont have any pictures of the pick up. So where is the proof ?

Al ritorno mi dice che c’è una riga (270€) e fanno la foto. Se non avevo lavato la machina per corterzessa ( non é obbligato farlo) neanche si vede. Communque fanno la foto … ma non sono in grado di procurare la foto della consegna. Quindi dove è la prova che è stato fatto da me ???

Target in Medina OH, is probably one of the worst targets iv ever been to. They have absolutely nothing in stock ever, the smallest grocery section, poor customer service for online orders, and almost nothing is on the website for pickup you have to order it online.
