I hate to say it, but the tracking number didn't work for days, tbh, so I had to call them twice. Really expected better.

They changed their product availability for what is available for pickup orders. Example milk and eggs are not available for pickup order but you can get them delivered for $9.99 delivery fee or have the $99 annual membership to target. Such BS.

Crooks, Fasle advertising, Do Not Buy not the same tanks as the original Catherines tanks even though logo is printed on the back... Not the same.

3 sizes too small and not the same material as sold at the regular Catherine store even though the Targets.com website states it's the same material and has the Catherine logo printed on the back.

I missed the return window because I am disabled, in and out of the hospital and not able to leave the house most days. I called to see if I could get a QR code and return via curbside. NO Exceptions! Now I am stuck with 5 tanks tops that are way too small and my pocket is $145.00 lighter!

I really hope the crooks enjoy my $145.00 and I pray that it's all they get!

I ordered two cans of baby formula, said it got delivered today... TO THE WRONG HOUSE!!!
When i tried talking with someone about it first some sweet girl said Id get two more cans within 24 hours. Then she tranfered me to her boss LUIS. no last name... But Luis says Id get my order soon, BY THURSDAY, its tuesday... With a 5 month old baby I need my 2 cans ASAP!!! Also, LUIS LIED about some bs website hes the boss of and their was nobody higher.

Got off the phone with Luis. Talked to a really nice lady in HR, who, mond you has never heard of the bs website luis gave me. She gave me a number for actual customer support, talked to a "man" named matthew. Matthew sucked. Matthew said there was nothing we could do until the 2 cans of formula showed up on thursday, then i could send them back and get a refund. And "until then" he guesses ill just have to go get different baby formula... I asked for Matthews last name. and said he couldnt give it to me for the "safety" of his family, okay matthew what about my baby eating till thursday, you dont care about that?? We appreciate the 2 cans coming on thursday but $90 on two cans of formula doesnt grow on trees, and yet theres nothing you can do? And instead of helping he stated he would put my review in theor files, ill have to figure it out, because he needed to talk to other customers on the line. wtf target

I did the online order & pickup and everything went smooth. Everything I ordered I got and was brought to me in a timely manner, but the time before that it wasn’t as smooth. So I think Target is kind of a hit or miss.

NEVER buy electronics from Target!! I purchased a PlayStation controller for my grandson. However, I purchased it one month before his birthday. The controller was faulty. Target said too bad, our return policy is 30 days. I paid $80 and they said sorry, we told you at point of purchase about the return policy. Well they didn't tell me or I wouldn't have purchased it at that time!! I just wanted to exchange it for one that works. NOT HAPPY!!

I lost all respect for Target and td bank, your companies are horrible. No respect for your customers who have your target credit card. It is so unnecessary.

Your call center is foreign outside the USA, they do not understand English and cannot speak to understand them. Use Americans, give Americans jobs, people who speak English and understand us. You are the only store credit card that closes my account without my permission. You told me you would mail me another alert before hand, you never did. I tried to use the card yesterday and it did not work.

I will look at it all as a blessing. Target you lose. I just won't shop at your stores anymore. Too bad you do this, what harm did it have to stay open? I would have used it if I had gone to target, anyway, now just won't go there anymore. Target loses.

I do not like how Target and TD bank handled this cancelling me without another warning. I won't recommend or use you anymore and will do bad reviews now on BBB and Trustpilot. You should be kinder, loving, forgiving, and not be like this, be like Jesus. Your loss, I won't use you or shop with you again. I do not recommend this company at all.

Bots bots and more bots.

Target online specifically only sells to bots and feeds the 3rd party market for resale in the TCG category.

It is impossible to get product through their website and it always has errors and issues.

Wish they would send more of their product to brick and mortars rather than supplying bots with everything…

Look, my account got locked for no apparent reason, like, which is unacceptable for a company this size. Just a heads up for others.

They delivered my item to the wrong address ( delivery pic was of wrong house ) and then hung up on me when I was trying to get it fixed. Also, the website kept giving me error messages when I tried to apply for refund. Will report as fraud to the appropriate authorities .

I ordered a baking pan online and the checkout was quick and easy. Email order communication was good. They provide a barcode in the 'Delivery Completed' email to return the item in-store if necessary.

Item arrived on the day stated. The box was crushed and there was no padding or packaging of any kind to protect the item. In this case however, it was not a breakable item but I felt it needed packing material to protect it, as there was a lot of empty space in the box.

Out of 32 registers only nine open at coral gable state road 7 target there must be hundreds of customers in line wtf people are walking out !

I did an online order and received my sheet set with a stain on the top sheet!

Between November of 2025 in February 2026 you allowed someone to use my card without my authorization. My bank suggested I contact each merchant and see what I could do. After several attempts at calling you, emails, text putting comments on your site, and contacting you, I got nowhere. Except to be treated rudely over the phone. So now, I contact a better Business bureau, consumer affairs my state representative as well as social media. I'm 60 years old and I'm out on disability and you're going to deny this. I will take you to court

Went both online & called to activate my new Target Red Circle card. 3 times calling, oh that dept isn’t open yet & card says go online but no way to activate it there either. I’d give them a ZERO if I was able to. Least user friendly card activate process ever dealt with.

Target has become more and more a unpleasant place to shop. Everything i receive an order there are broken items open items things dripped all over other item.

Target does not stand by there customers when ordering products sold thru third party sellers. I purchased a cabinet from Target. Parts were missing. I contacted the manufacture many times. They kept telling me they would get back to me. After getting the run around for months I contacted Target. The refused to do anything about it. I spent almost $200 on a cabinet Target sold me and I can't use it because of missing parts and they don't care.

They sold me a filthy used oven as new. These people have zero respect for others. DO NOT TRUST THEY WILL SELL YOU ANYTHING NEW.
