I wasn't expecting this level of quality and attention to details. Got 5 bags already for over a year or so. Still look brand new after 5kkm. Customer service also is outstanding. Handled delivery issue same day I put notice. Yet everything come with the price which I believe is fair. Looking forward to new adventures with Tailfin equipment. And if you're really considering to buy, I can tell, it's worth it. Cheers from Poland!

I'm not a bikepacker nor have I ever done an overnight trip with my bike but I use my bike every day to commute to work and back. This is done Monday thru Friday rain or shine and I can say I can't imagine doing it a single day without Tailfin. It carries my food and clothes in the hot summer days and snow covered winters without fail and I look forward to using Tailfin for years to come.

Been using Tailfin kit for a while now and it works, is easy to use and customer support is excellent.
Using the Aeropack, front roll pack, top tube bags (full and half) and half frame bag.
Recommend the flip top on the top tube bag - so convenient.

Ohne Frage das beste Bike Equipment, das ich je gekauft habe. Ich habe inzwischen alles auf Tailfin umgestellt und bin super zufrieden. Die Qualität ist überragend, auch wenn die Preise natürlich etwas höher sind.

Over the past five years I have changed all of my bags to Tailfin. Very impressed over thousands of kms of racing/ touring. Bags are part of the bike - no movement and very waterproof. One pannier split and was replaced immediately without question. As they wear out I’ll definitely be replacing again with Tailfin.

Great bikepacking rear rack and bags Not sure how I would pack without them.

Habe mir die kleine Rahmentasche 1,9 Liter gekauft. Fürs Rennrad oder Gravel. Super Praktisch. Sehr gut verarbeitet.

I have two Tailfin products. The X-bar system and the Tailfin cradle system. Both are impressive and achieve a simple way of mounting dry bags to the front handlebars. I use these for multi-day bike packing adventures in Scotland. The quality and precision of both are impeccable. Absolutely recommend Tailfin products.

Tailfin have great products and equally great customer service. I couldn’t find my thru axle a few years ago, just before a trip, and they sent a replacement so speedily for me. I use my rack on my road bike every Monday when I travel to a language lesson but whip it off for weekend road rides. I’ve also used it on my mountain bike while doing the King Alfred Way and the West Kernow Way, both multi day trips.
I’ve just got back from 5 days road bikepacking between Bodmin and Bath - it never moves, and their bags don’t move either. If there is any sound it will be something rattling around in a bag somewhere. They are pricey but I appreciate the quality and usefulness of them every single time they are put to use.

Wonderful products!
So far I've got 2 toptube bags, a frame bag and the rack. I love the small thought through details, that make the products great.
With the rack I had a warranty issue, it took the staff only a couple of minutes to reply and the replacement was on the way.

Great experience, I would buy again.

I placed my order on Thursday, June 11, with an estimated delivery time of 2–4 business days. Despite this timeframe, after three business days the order had not even been dispatched.

I therefore contacted customer support, clearly explaining that I was due to leave on June 20 and that I had ordered the bags specifically for that trip. I simply asked whether they could speed up the preparation and dispatch of the order.

The response I received was extremely disappointing: I was told in generic terms that the warehouse was very busy, that the order would “probably” be processed soon, and that they could not guarantee delivery in time. No concrete update, no indication that the order would be prioritised, no attempt to find a solution, and no precise information regarding the dispatch date.

I had not contacted customer support simply to be told that the order was delayed; I contacted them specifically to ask for practical assistance. The response provided no real help and did nothing to resolve the issue.

I also find it particularly inappropriate that I received a request to rate the support immediately afterwards, when the support team had done virtually nothing other than tell me that my order might be dispatched sooner or later.

As of today, June 19, the day I am writing this review, the order is still unfulfilled and has not been dispatched.

A terrible and completely inadequate customer service experience for a company selling premium products at premium prices.

I’ve been dealing with a lot of brands while preparing for a long-distance cycling trip and Tailfin has genuinely stood out as one of the best.

The products are exceptionally well thought out, robust and clearly designed but to me the most important thing is good customer service and this has been consistently excellent - fast responses, helpful advice and a real willingness to go the extra mile to make sure everything is right.

It’s rare to find a company that combines high-performance gear with this level of support but Tailfin does it properly. Please keep this up and congratulations!

Absolutely the best customer service. Amy is a hero but it's also clear that it's just a very decent, supportive company who want everyone to get the best from their products. 11/10. Would recommend to everyone.

Really positive experience with Tailfin from start to finish. The product itself is excellent, high-quality, well designed, and once fitted looks like part of the bike while remaining lightweight and solid on the road.

What stood out most, though, was the customer service. I ran into a few installation issues (completely down to me being new to bike mechanics), and the support team were brilliant. Quick responses, clear explanations, and genuinely helpful guidance. Dan in particular helped identify the issue straight away and pointed me to the right solution. Even arranged free delivery on a replacement part, which was a nice touch.

Their website is also packed with useful information. If you take the time to read through it, most questions are already answered, which shows how much thought has gone into the customer experience.

Once everything was sorted, the system has been faultless. Stable, reliable, and performs exactly as expected, even in poor weather.

Not a cheap product, but the quality, support, and overall experience make it worth the investment.

Excellent customer service. There is also no products anywhere near as good as their carbon racks on the market. Plus they look really good even on a racing bike.

Ive owned a tailfin carbon rack for a few years now and love it, for what ever reason the threading had seized with my rear hanger. I contacted tailfin and they were ever so understanding and helpful, offered to have my bike sent to them, or take to a local bike shop and they would reinburse me.. that, they did.. without quibble, also sent out a new axel with a couple extra bits as a way of an apology.. blown away. I cant speak highly enough on the quality of products these guys produce and their aftersales care is second to none.. in tailfin i trust, i have nothing but love for this company, they do things right.. thank you
