I was welcomed on entry to the service…
I was welcomed on entry to the service department and offered a drink. My service advisor Emma came over to take me to her desk and we reviewed the MOT requirements and my request to replace the batteries in my car keys to avoid any issues in the next 12 months. I was kept up todate over the 90 minutes via my phone and offered fresh drinks throughout my wait.
Emma was very professional and helpful and the overall experience was outstanding.

Automated phone system
The staff are excellent, polite and friendly, but the automated phone system is enough to put me off buying another BMW, even to ask a question you have to leave a message and wait for someone to call you back, the only line that is manned by a person is sales, not good customer service

Car booked in for supply/fit new…
Car booked in for supply/fit new battery after nearly 10 years use. Keys given to receptionist who advised that we would be called once the job had been completed.
Not long after, received a text with an app on which I could track the progress of the work through to completion.
Returned to collect car which had been washed and vacuumed.

Impossible to get on the phone, impossible to park. Never reply to messages. Never respond to complaints. Cars badly put together with zero aftersales care. AVOID!

In for oil service at BMW Worcestershire, all good except car came back with 3 oily hand prints on my cream leather seat WTF, had to inform service staff who cleaned them off. Very poor from the service department, you must respect people's car more.

Very good buying experience
My wife and I had a really good buying experience at Sytner Worcester BMW. Joe Greaves was the sales executive who attended to our needs. He was polite, considerate and very well informed about the product. Not “pushy” in any way whatsoever. We were well supplied with tea and coffee.

The staff were welcoming and efficient.
My problem is with the franchise that has insufficient courtesy cars to serve their customers.
I have an ongoing problem with a 750e, a high value car. Last time I was given an electric mini with hardly any charge. This time despite booking it in 2 weeks in advance I would have had to wait a further 5 weeks for a courtesy car. I live 10 miles away and I find this unacceptable. I don’t blame the staff who must deal with numerous disgruntled customers like myself.

After leaving 3 messages at BMW Sytner Worcester asking for an urgent call back as I had a warning light come up as well as a recall notification
In the end I had to call BMW customer services to complain. They managed to speak to someone in Worcester and transferred the call.
When the car was eventually booked in, I was told at 5pm after dropping the car off at 8.15am that the repairs were taking longer. I made it clear previously that I needed the car for daily hospital appointments. The labour was less than 1 hr, so I was expecting the car to be completed first thing the next morning, only to be advised that the car hadn’t been started as priority was being given to waiting customers. Not great service which would have been a lot worse if it wasn’t for Emma.

Very happy with their service
I have come from a dealer that is located closer to me but I became unhappy with their service and felt I was having services and items pushed on me that I did not necessarily require. Since relocating to Sytner, I have found their service pleasant and efficient, and have been impressed by the level of communication, before and during my service appointments.
