Abby at Worcester mini was super helpful and couldn't do enough, as well as the service department who got my tyre changed ahead of schedule.
the only issue is you can't speak to anyone when you call- you have to leave your number. this is not great and is frustrating when you are in need to speaking to someone urgently. shame as the rest was spot on.

5 STARS. We had the wheels on our BMW refurbished by Sytner BMW Worcester. The finished result was nothing short of miraculous !
You could not differentiate the diamond-cut / smart wheel repair from A BRAND NEW WHEEL !!! OMG
The wheels were so perfect we had to ask: ' did they fit new O/E wheels ? '
We were so impressed I asked to meet the team that carried out the wheel repair:
The Body Shop Team: Lee (manager) Lucas, Josh, Callum. A Brilliant team who were super helpful, friendly and mega enthusiastic. I want to add an important note here ( and it's the truth: ' We visited a few weeks before Cheltenham BMW who also looked over the same wheels and said, the car needs NEW Wheels !!! '
However getting a second opinion ( and boy, was I glad we did) we had Worcester BMW Sytner view and appraise the car to say, they could refurbish the wheels using their IN HOUSE DIAMOND CUTTER.
The finished result was STUNNING !! The car looks like it just came out of the showroom.

Booking online slot time is irrelevant to when work will be done
Should make it clear that when booking an appointment time for 10.30 on line ( which was only one left when I booked it 3 days earlier) that that doesnt mean thats when the work will actually be done. On dropping in at that time I was told I couldnt sit and wait for brake flush to be done as was told you also have to pre check when work would start and see if it was possible to wait. I had put a note on the online appt check in email that I wanted to sit and wait but no one had come back to me before I arrived to drop off. As there were no slots available when I turned up at said time I then had to go away and come back later when job had been completed which did make me have to re schedule rest of my day to be about when I got the call that the work had been done. So it did inconvenience me as if I had known beforehand I would have simply dropped off at 8.00am and left it with you all day etc.. and not had to shuffle my day as a result.

My car was booked in primarily for recall work
My car was booked in primarily to implement a factory recall that has been outstanding for many months. So I took the opportunity to bring forward a large and expensive service. So when I collected the car I was informed that the recall work couldn’t be undertaken due to parts issues. Why hadn’t someone contacted me days before or even when I dropped the car off. Sytner appears keen to take my money rather than do , probably , low value recall work. Very poor customer service.

Good customer service
Customer service from everyone was super, plus it’s a nice environment to wait; which was a good job as I booked a ‘service whilst I wait’ but was there nearly 4 hours due to delays. But they were apologetic and we all had ice cream :-)

service fine, admin poor
The service itself was absolutely fine but I was annoyed that I had a full service in June and then called in for a brake fluid service a couple of weeks later. This should have been picked up when Sytner had the car.
I was also annoyed that the front page of the booking form quoted £75 for the service but when you book there are around £50 of mandatory add ons. I think that the full price should be quoted up front
