Why offer?
I’ve now had two awful experiences here. You offered to honour the lifetime MOT for my Ford and every time I bring it in I’m made to feel less than because it’s not a BMW. Scott, the individual “looking after” my car on the day even laughed when I dropped the car off.
Both times I have dropped the vehicle off early (07:30-08:00) and the MOT hasn’t started until late afternoon, meaning the MOT feels rushed and you have refused to wash the car, which is a service you offer.
This time I even said I didn’t mind waiting and Scott brought the car around and said in front of all of the other customers that they didn’t have time and it’d be better for me to get off.
I’m not sure why you
A) offered to honour the lifetime MOTs if this is the standard of service you intended to provide
B) why you offer a complimentary service to then revoke it on the day.
Shoddy service from unpleasant individuals.

My recent visit to the service department and my 5 years experience of driving a three litre X3
My recent visit to the service department was satisfactory. My overall experience of BMW and Sytner was less favourable. On taking delivery of the car new I found that fog lights were not fitted as ordered. Sytner gave me excuses and refused to do anything about it. After a few weeks the new car reduced speed and sometimes stopped for no apparent reason. The problem was, I was told, down to the collision avoidance system. I had the BMW roadside emergency team out several times to no avail. The problem persists to this day some 5 years later. I had many reminders for a recall for environment reasons but on three or four occasions Sytner told me they did not have the parts to perform the recall. I find the Sat Nav unsatisfactory. I have found Sytner and presumably BMW unwilling to take responsibility for faults, for the previous 20 odd years I drove Range Rovers and found JLR to always take responsibility for their cars and willing to help in any way which contrasted greatly with BMW

Nice showroom, nice to see a large amount of used cars inside as well as new. Handover nothing special, not much time spent going over the car & controls/tech. Car looked to just have had a quick wash n vac, pretty poor for a nearly new car. Also promised some items in the deal but not in the car, still waiting...

Booked my car in again for some maintenance work. Marco, the man and the legend himself was working on my car again, which he did an amazing job (as always).
To say Marco is a good BMW technician is an understatement, he’s simply a magician and very talented. I have some more work to be done with him in the future which I’m looking forward to.
What I also like about Marco is that he doesn’t only just fix your car and calls it a day, if there is something he noticed in your car which might get his attention, he explains what it is and what would be the next steps to tackle it and the consequences if left untouched for a certain period of time, which I think is a very reassuring thing because then you know exactly what you need to do.
The whole Sytner team were amazing from start to finish. I’d like to thank Lisa and Sammy for sorting my car, they are really good at what they do and I always have had good experience with them and I couldn’t be happier. Lisa really does make sure you are having a great experience regardless of what other work stress she might be experiencing. Lisa looked after me previously and as well as this time, both experiences have been fabulous. You can tell she’s doing everything to satisfy her customers. She’s a really good people person as well and she’s so good at it

Had my car in for a service and MOT, service team were great from start to finish and the drop and wait service was great and quick so 10 out of 10 for that experience.
When I booked my car in a requested more information on potentially changing my car.
I received a call whilst I was sat in the service department and was told someone would come and see me shortly.
For whatever reason that never happened. Also I’d asked for the Bodyshop for a quote to repair my alloy wheels and that didn’t happen either.
Great service from service team, sales and Bodyshop not so good.
