MOT day made easier by great team
I hate MOT. It’s like going to the dentist. However…Very friendly and efficient customer service made it a whole lot easier. Scott looked after me very well making sure I was kept in the loop about where things were up to during the MOT and vehicle tracking alignment. Thanks to all the team, especially Scott. Great experience
On entry to your Sheffield showroom the reception team were always friendly, polite and had a real focus on the customer.
Showroom is absolutely immaculate with an exceptional range of vehicles to look around.

Servicing what works for you.
The servicing team is always helpful and informative. I am able to wait while the work is completed on my vehicle. There is Wi-Fi and hot desks provided. This enables me to work while I wait too. Sytners also provide drinks. All in all a very good service.

Poor workmanship & poor customer service
Totally disappointing!
An objective chronology of events leading up to this feedback for the public to make up their own mind.
-Had premier paint protection cover which cost £1500
-Ended up with very poor workmanship and totally unsatisfactory paint correction at Sytner BMW Sheffield on 17/03/2026. Had to take day off work and a 160mile round trip. Staff still try to convince me it’s a great job when it was pointed out to them immediately after the job.
- left a feedback on trust pilot and sent photos of the issue.
-owner leaves a message on trustpilot to contact a staff called Jason Cole at Sytner Sheffield
- contacted promptly in good faith, only to be told by Jason Cole that essentially there is nothing Sytner would do about it
- amend my feedback on trustpilot to reflect this
-company again replies on trustpilot to contact head of business Carl Shaw
- contacted Carl Shaw promptly by email on 31/03/2026 and again on 10/04/2026 . Both emails totally ignored with not even an acknowledgement or reply.
Happy to provide photos of the unsatisfactory workmanship and emails to anyone if required. Unfortunately there isn’t an option to upload photos and documents with the feedback.
Thank you for the reply. Have emailed Mr Carl Shaw for the third time as suggested and shall await his response.

The attention to detail was exceptional…
The attention to detail was exceptional and from day one the body shop manager couldn’t do enough. Having heard the details of the accident he recommended Sytnerdrive who were also brilliant throughout. The only problems were associated with getting certain parts from BMW two of which were on back order and took months to be supplied. That is not the fault of Sytner. Car was returned in February three months after the accident.

Why offer?
I’ve now had two awful experiences here. You offered to honour the lifetime MOT for my Ford and every time I bring it in I’m made to feel less than because it’s not a BMW. Scott, the individual “looking after” my car on the day even laughed when I dropped the car off.
Both times I have dropped the vehicle off early (07:30-08:00) and the MOT hasn’t started until late afternoon, meaning the MOT feels rushed and you have refused to wash the car, which is a service you offer.
This time I even said I didn’t mind waiting and Scott brought the car around and said in front of all of the other customers that they didn’t have time and it’d be better for me to get off.
I’m not sure why you
A) offered to honour the lifetime MOTs if this is the standard of service you intended to provide
B) why you offer a complimentary service to then revoke it on the day.
Shoddy service from unpleasant individuals.
