Quick turnaround when completing airbag recall and polite, helpful staff in the branch. Would be a 5 star review but offered to wash my car and had to take elsewhere once collected as it hadn’t been cleaned well at all, other than that it was great!

Arranged to get my MOT carried out on a sit and wait appointment the designated service agent was very helpful and arranged a coffee while I waited.
Everybody at the garage was super helpful and supportive great service from everyone involved.

I had to call Mini Breakdown Assist due…
I had to call Mini Breakdown Assist due to a fault on my car. They came swiftly the same day and my car was towed to Sytners for repair. A courtesy car was arrranged for me straight away which was great. I was kept informed of the repair on my car via a video which was text to me. My car was repaired quickly and the whole service from start to finish was excellent. No complaints whatsoever.

I didn’t receive any updates whilst my car was in for its oil service. I opted to have the courtesy car wash, and I was very disappointed with how much of my car was still dirty.
I now have two other vehicle checks that have come up on the dash board which is very inconvenient when my car was with you all day.

Pleased with my service experience
My service advisor James Young is both friendly and knowledgeable. He kept me informed of how the work on my Mini was progressing and explained what needed doing to complete all the necessary work. James is easy to talk to and listens to his customers which in turn helps Sytner Mini and of course the customer too.

My BMW parking sensors have failed…
My BMW parking sensors have failed whilst my car is still under warranty. I booked my car in for diagnostics and was advised that whilst the diagnostic was covered by the warranty, if it established that the failure of the sensors was not due to a defect, then the repair would not be covered by the warranty. That's disappointing but I suppose understandable. I had to wait two months for an appointment, take a day of work and take over an hour round trip to get my car there only to be told that on top of the £25 for a "courtesy" car (surely it's a rental not a courtesy if they charge you) I'd likely have to pay £150.00 for the diagnostics if they found a stone chip on any sensor. The car is 2 years old, of course there will be stone chips on the bumper. I was told the diagnostic would be covered by the warranty, on arrival was told that my wasted journey, wasted day off work, etc would cost me at least £175.00 (including the "courtesy" car). This is ABSOLUTELY NOT what I was told when I booked. Sytner is a huge and very successful business, so clearly it is very adept at making money, but it also absolutely epitomises the questionable business practices common in modern rip-off Britain. Maybe most Sytner customers would just accept this dishonesty/incompetance and get their credits cards out without complaint, but not all hard working, honest people can afford to be ripped off like this.

The staff, was warmly welcomed by James(Young) who also kept me well informed throughout the day, even contacting me on his own phone when the company phones went down.

Full explanations given by Service Technician about what needing doing to our car and what will be required for the future.
His delivery was exceptional and he is a good ambassador for the BMW brand.

Can't ask for much more from the…
Can't ask for much more from the dealership and staff. Easy to contact and arrange service or appointments. Comms are always spot on, if they say the car will be washed it always is (not always the case with other dealerships I've used). Do what ever they can to fit around you in terms of drop off and collection of the car.
On this visit Niahm was excellent! Really friendly, did everything quickly and kept me informed on extra work needed.
