Great experience at Sytner Nottingham
This whole experience was like a breath of fresh air! My first contact was with service advisor Rina, who was very professional and very quickly put me at ease with the whole process of booking my car in, having the issue diagnosed, pricing the job and turn around time etc. she has an excellent way with customers and i believe she is a major asset to the sytner organisation. She very quickly arranged a hire vehicle for me although i did not need it as i have a second car. However it was great to have the option.
After the vehicle was inspected and issue diagnosed, the technician known as Paddy who was a delightful chap by the way, took me through to the workshop to show me the exact problem and very clearly explained to me what repairs where needed and why. He had a very professional manner about him and made me feel like my car was in good hands.
I could not have asked for a better experience. Well done to all. I would absolutely recommend Sytner Nottingham to any bmw owner in need of help, advice or repair on their car.

Outstanding service
After writing off my car and feeling extremely stressed about the whole situation, Raza stepped in and truly helped turn things around for me. From the very beginning, he made the process feel manageable and took a huge weight off my shoulders.
Raza was patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. He never made me feel rushed or pressured, and he genuinely cared. I felt comfortable and confident every step of the way.
The entire experience was smooth, transparent, and honestly far better than I expected given how overwhelmed I was at the start.
I'm extremely grateful for all the effort Raza and Sarah Beresford put in to help get me into my new car without delay. They both sat and listened with empathy as I spoke about my horrific accident, and I drove away not only with a carl absolutely

Disappointed
You have had my car for a week and I strongly believe that you have not done anything to it , The first time my screen display went blank it was replaced and I myself had too reprograms my phone to the car on picking it up.
On collection I was just handed the key by the young girl that could not give me any information about what had been done as she did not deal with it.yet she is a service advisor.
On approaching my car it had not been cleaned and I bet it had just sat in the overflow car park for a week, to be honest I don’t know why I use Sytner Nottingham as the service is so bad,I tried to order my car from them three years ago and in the end went to BMW Luton far better service.
Please anyone reading this and know off a BMW dealer that offers a good service please can you leave details in the comments many thanks.

Poor communications, excellent service
It took two hours to get a response from BMW, involving voice messages and WhatsApp messages. Only after complaining in my second WhatsApp message did I get a response and was able to make an appointment for an electronic diagnosis for a date 2 weeks after that.
Unfortunately the I3 electronics issues worsened and, since direct communication is now impossible, I drove the vehicle to Sytner's nottingham where it was accepted into the service queue awaiting a cancellation slot, and I left the car there.
At that stage matters improved somewhat and after a week the issues were diagnosed, replacement parts were obtained and repairs were carried out and tested. We were able to collect the car on the 28th of January, a week after I had taken it to the showroom.
Ten star rating for James Young for efficient and courteous handling of the admin of the repair

Issue, when i purchased the car i paid for anniversary decals for the boot and bonnet and was charged £300-00. When recently checked their price they were £51-50 . Could not get a satisfactory answer at the dealership. 🤔

Purchased a used BMW X5 2025
Purchased a used BMW X5 2025, the car I initially enquired about had been sold, salesman Daniel Rana sourced another car to absolute spec and negotiated a great part ex deal which was very fair. Daniel’s customer service was second to none and even aftersale answering questions was amazing, a credit to BMW and will be back to buy future vehicles through Daniel at Sytner Nottingham!

Sytner Great, BMW not so
Dealing with Sytner was good BMW not so great. I had problems with the new car from the day of collection resulting in only having the car in my posession a week out of severn. BMW finally accepted a rejection and a replacement ordered. Sytner kept me generally informed of progress and the Sales excutive Usama was great.
