Visited Sytner Mini Cardiff on Friday 25/2 with my wife. Got there about 11am. Notices about COVID on the door and about using hand sanitizer. Dispenser on the right as you enter...empty! Walked in and to the left there were approx 6-7 members of staff sat at desks, facing a few showroom minis. None were dealing with customers and none attempted to make eye contact or ask if they could assist in any way. We were amazed. My wife was a cash buyer with genuine intention to purchase, but we weren't given time of day. We were slightly dressed down, but clearly looks can be deceptive eh Sytner? Looks like you missed out there. We went elsewhere

Arrived to collect my mobility and wasn't kept waiting at all. Steve was waiting and got all the paperwork sorted, checked the car I returned in exchange for my new mobility car and showed me the controls for my new mini. Checked everything was OK and that I was happy with every detail. Was polite and listened to any questions I had and wished me joy with my new car. A very happy customer here! Thanks all at Sytner Cardiff for making things so easy, especially after the long delay because of covid.

After visiting sytner group, and meeting Iwan, who was very quick to answer any questions we asked about a car that wasn't in your showroom but was happy to show us on the website, staff was very helpful and convinced us to make a purchase. Customer service was impeccable and the car showing was brilliant.

Iwan was extremely helpful throughout and explained options and about the Mini Countryman we had selected - he kept in regular contact and information about delivery dates - when car arrived showed us all the systems and overall was lovely - Dean the business manager was also helpful about finance options - well done mini .

From start to finish Steve who handled our purchase was absolutely incredible he walked us through everything we needed to know asked plenty of questions to ensure we were making the right choice even a few weeks after our purchase he’s still in contact to make sure everything is ok with the car we couldn’t have asked for a nicer guy to help us out thank you very much

As soon as I walked in I was welcomed, I am not only really happy with my brand new mini, but also the customer service I received. Everyone at Cardiff mini Sytner, we’re helpful and made the process easy and enjoyable. In particular Teah who contacted me and kept me updated through the whole process. Love my new mini, thanks again everyone

Very professional service - less than 6 days from initial enquiry, valuation of my car for part exchange to driving away in my new car.
Every piece of information I needed from video of the car to credit agreements were supplied very quickly in electronic format, and the Cardiff team were always on hand to answer queries.

I have been a customer of Sytner Cardiff for many years. I just regret going elsewhere 3 years ago as other places are nowhere near as wonderful as this place. Now I am pleased to say I will be a mini driver once again but this time an Electric. Steve was wonderful with us - he let us have the Electric mini for a 24 hour test drive over the weekend and no question big or small was too much to answer. He totally sold me the car from start to finish and there was no pressure selling from him whatsoever. Sytner's customer service has always been exemplary in my opinion and if there were 10 stars I would award them just that. Thank you Sytner for bringing me back into the MINI world once more. This will always be my favourite car to drive.

All staff are friendly and knowledgeable, nothing is too much of a problem. You can pop in anytime and ask questions. They showed us everything we needed to know about the car. Our main person Steve Harris is excellent and very knowledgeable.

Absolutely stand-out service from Steve. I though I'd travelled back in time a few decades when people took pride in their work.
