Excellent service from Synter Mini cardiff.

To sum up my experience. Excellent in every respect.From the moment of first contact through to delivery. Sanket was professional and approachable, answering all my questions.

Fleeced
Fleeced £400!
The charging flap was stuck, it could not be opened.
You charged £100 to diagnose and £300 to fit the replacement.
How this does not come under warranty is beyond me. A basic requirement of an electric car (any car for that matter) to have the flap to the fuel functioning.
Crazy numbers for faulty goods. Shameful!

Unnecessary repairs + wrongful damage reported
Actual interpersonal communication and rapport was great. The staff were very welcoming and kind. I had gone for a service + MOT but was informed that multiple things were broken/needed replacing (potential oil leak requiring further investigation, leaking OSR shock absorber). I decided that due to the long list of things wrong with the car I was going to seek out another garage for a second opinion. I went to a garage my family had been using for many years and who knew the car. They informed me that no damages were found and that no replacements were necessary. Slightly disappointed with the potential false claims or exaggerations given to me by sytner group.

The whole process was smooth from start to finish, communication was excellent, and the team were always easy to contact if I had any questions. Sanekt Surati was especially helpful throughout the process and made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. The handover was quick and well organised, and they took the time to explain everything clearly, including the different products and insurance options available. I felt very well looked after throughout the process and I absolutely love my car. Thank you to Sanekt and the team for making it such an enjoyable experience!

Shocking place
Shocking place ! Avoid them at all costs !
Sold me a £28,500 car, only to call me the following day, to tell me they had sold the same car to somebody else.
I had paid a non refundable deposit to secure the car but they have had to refund me,
due to their stupidity.
Avoid the disappointment-go elsewhere!
