Not a very good day for us as car was taking in for MOT and over two years later was told by phone that car had failed due to a tyre with a bubble in when there was less than two months old( didn’t even get shown this bubble in tyre) anyway then I had to get two taxis and three trains home in peak hours. We did so for courtesy car while in for MOT and although this was over three months in advance still no car ( although was told on day the last car was given out in the morning to someone else) 😡 the next day when I went back for car I was asked if I would like to see a manager which I did and I then informed the manager if I should not of been asked this question yesterday and maybe a taxi home

Absolutely useless dealership. Made promises they didn’t keep during my service. Last time I will buy a Porsche

We visited the showroom at Chester to buy a birthday present for my husband, Calum was excellent in helping us find some clothing and other items. A lovely lady on reception made us a coffee while we waited. Great customer service and experience.

Customer service falls well below the standard expected. I left my Panamerra last week, for 3 days, for a service & MOT test clearly stating that I needed the car back to go on a short holiday. On the way to pick the car up, I was phoned to say it would not be ready with no offer of a courtesy car which resulted in me having to make last minute alternative transport arrangements. A complimentary vehicle wash and interior vacuum was offered which I accepted clearly showing on the invoice. This was not carried out when I collected the vehicle. The total invoice was in excess of £3000. Customer service is appalling, I shall not be going back and would not recommend anyone to go to Chester Porsche for servicing or purchase of a new vehicle.

Outstanding VIP experience from start to finish. The team made buying my 911 feel genuinely special. Jack was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and clearly passionate about the brand and providing the absolute best customer experience - thank you so much. Simon was outstanding in his support who made the lifetime dream happen - thank you so much too I truly appreciate what you both delivered.
Communication was seamless throughout, and every single detail was handled with care. The handover was exceptional too, I could not be more pleased with the car when it was delivered and this really elevated the whole experience. I’ve received excellent service from my initial sales enquiry through to after-sales support. I’ve purchased three new vehicles from this dealership within the last 12 months and received the same high standard of service every time.

Everything ran to schedule and they even managed to make a special effort to get my car back to me for a specific time so that I could get to the meeting I was worried I would miss.

Difficult to contact , rarely call back .Matter of fact approach . Unhelpful.
Historic issues with Porsche Chester since buying new 2024.

I was originally able to book a service appointment via the app on 3/4/26, am. This was Good Friday, which I thought was odd, but very convenient for me. I received email confirmation and a text reminder so I assumed all was correct. We turned up at 0830 to find the service centre shut for Easter weekend. I fed this back via the website and received a phone call from a charming Sales Manager, who offered an apology and said he would ask the service team to contact me and make amends.
I went to the showroom on Tuesday 7th April 26 to make a new booking face to face. For reasons unexplained this took over an hour to do. I dropped my vehicle off for service on 10/4 as agreed, this was a tedious, time consuming process as well, why don't you just have a secure 'key drop'? I thought my car was in just for an oil service but a call later that day confirmed it required a major service as well as it is 2 years old. Surely the service team should have known that when I booked it in with them earlier in the week, face to face?
I am totally sick of this place and I'm going back to Porsche centre, Wilmslow, where I have never had any problems with multiple previous cars. The service/admin at Chester just sucks. You are better off travelling the extra 30 miles to Wilmslow.

My experience with Porsche Chester has been outstanding from start to finish.
Jack handled the order and was excellent throughout—professional, knowledgeable, and always responsive. Even while away on a course, he still checked in regularly and called me afterwards to make sure everything was running smoothly, which really shows the level of service.
On collection day, Georgina carried out the handover and made it a great experience. It didn’t feel rushed at all—she took the time to go through everything properly and made sure I was completely comfortable with the car before leaving.
The car itself is incredible—build quality, performance and overall driving experience are exactly what you’d expect from Porsche.
A first-class experience all round. Highly recommended.

Great customer service from the team at Porsche Centre Chester.
Particularly sales exec Andrew Haynes who looked after me personally and made the whole process of buying my Porsche a really pleasant one. Great attention to detail and nothing was too much trouble. Andrew's professionalism and knowledge really stood out and he would definitely be my go to contact for future purchases.
Manager Simon Holmes was also really helpful with useful advice and guidance. And all the staff were very welcoming and friendly. I couldn't fault Porsche Centre Chester and would definitely recommend them to friends and colleagues.

I called in to see Hannah Kiersey on 24th March for my “masterclass”on how to work all the tech on my new Macan S. It proved very useful. Thank you Hannah.

All staff are very friendly and helpful. Martin who i dealt with was very professional and got things sorted quickly and smoothly and kept me up dated.also big shout out to the car cleaning guys my car came back gleaming.

My vehicle spent over 8 months at the dealership (continuously) while a warranty issue was dealt with. The car was returned to me on 17th March allegedly with a clean bill of health but the same fault that it had originally gone in with presented itself again on my drive home. The custom service I have received has been severely lacking at every stage and so unfortunately I cannot in any way give Porsche Chester a positive recommendation.

Just a follow up on my recent review for Porsche centre Chester.
I have just now been threatened by a member of staff over the phone, that if I talk to anyone while picking my car up, I’ll be escorted of the premises.

So been to pick the car up today.
Dealt with a really nice staff member, explained my frustrations. She listened and showed me to the car.
Car looked great as they had give it a clean also.
Just about to drive away all happy when one of their management team came out to the car.
After a brief discussion he told me I can no longer go to the garage anymore as I have given them 1 star on this platform.
He also told me ( a man with incurable cancer) “ life’s too short”
He is the gentleman who responds to complaints :-/ so I have a useless 2 year warranty.

So sad that management are letting down their employees

Unfortunately the reply below just isn’t true.
The gentleman below is the one that has banned me for the honest review I’ve written.
This car was my “ sod it” car having been diagnosed with incurable cancer.
I will now sell the car as Porsche Chester has ruined this for me now.

Yet again this gentleman ( who seems to have a personal vendetta as I caught him out lying to me) is painting a wrong picture.
I was threatened to be escorted of the premises if I chatted to any other customers about my experiences. I simply asked how they would do that but they wouldn’t answer.
How a prestige car sales site can act like this is beyond me.
I also took out a 2 year warranty with the car. It’s had 2 claims against it.
They’ve now said they won’t cover my car anymore.
I do have a contract with them so not sure how they can do this but I’ll be getting advice.

A word of warning. Please take care when trusting your Porsche to this organisation for servicing and warranty work. The customer service performance is pretty shocking for a premium brand. I can’t begin to list the litany of issues I have experienced.

Absolutely appalling
Whilst the reason for my appointment as confirmed 2 days prior they still failed to do one of my requirements (wheel painting to damage ) not telling me until I paid and then stating I would need to rebook even though they had th car for 2 days and messed up ordering the correct tyres
This is the third occasion when I have been let down and in each visit asking for the manager to call but that has simply not happened
I , my wife e and son have all had issues with the service department over the last 6 months to such an extent we will not be using this dealership ever again
